The rooms were dark and more like an old motel than a hotel. Not all areas were clean (behind fridge etc). The photos showed the lobby which is new, but not the rooms, which were not.

The owners kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in at short notice. The facilities in each room were ideal for making your own breakfast, and the fridge was useful. The quiet area at the back with deck was nice to sit out, with views.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like, but the sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. That should probably be addressed before it becomes a problem. Other than that, this was a great stay.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived a little bit late, but the check in process was quick and efficient and was not a problem at all. This location provided a great place to visit Sedona and was close to everything we wanted.

The outside balcony area is amazing with a fantastic view of the ranges. This hotel has an excellent location right on the main street of Sedona - it couldn't get much better!

The tub faucet leaked but you didn't have to listen to dripping because it flowed constantly. On a state with water issues, that needs to be fixed.

Close to shopping, we had 2 queen beds, each had there own area with their own tvs and reading lights. The bathroom could have used some work but was okay.

The hotel rooms were a little old and there were short staffed at the front desk.

Becky and Barry Nelson were amazing managers of the property. They gave good advice, run a trustworthy taxi service and helped in any way possible. Highly recommend this no frills hotel which has great views in uptown. Walking distance to most of the Uptown strip.

We had a problem with our room neighbour which the owners handled positively the next day but made me realise I’d like a contact to be on site and more than just contactable by phone. It is very quiet, dark and feels remote, so may be a consideration for others.

Great location at the end of Uptown. Each room has allocated parking but if you are down the driveway it is steep. Good value for money. It’s basic but you don’t need anything else.

Mountain views, vegetation was great! Rooms very clean. Like the fact that it was the last hotel toward Slide Rock State Park. walking to all stores and restaurants was a plus, a relaxing experience.

The property is in an excellent location with an amazing view of the mountains and walking distance to everything. The staff is great and the amenities are clean and comfortable with ample outdoor seating, open and spacious.

I needed to rest during the day and it was a little noisy then, but quiet otherwise. The shower head needs to be replaced, but it worked ok.

The hotel is owned by a couple who work the front desk. They were very nice. The room was a little expensive, but I would consider staying there again. The location is really good.

The heater in the small cabin was a wall unit in the main room, which left the bedroom and bathroom a bit more chilly, but it was fine.

Becky, the host, was extremely helpful and thoughtful. She called us a couple days prior to our arrival to make sure we knew about a snow storm and possible road closures.

Some remodeling but bathroom fixtures old and "well used." 2 chairs and table but springs in chairs shot. No ice maker. Office only open from 3-7pm (e g., only had coffee fixings for 1 night but we were not around 3-7 to ask for more; realized too late that we'd like another towel). We were on 2nd floor but in our 70s and lugged everything up. Ask for a lower room if needed.

Location was great in uptown. Off street parking. Spacious room. Newer comfortable bed with pillow top and lots of pillows. Large tv. Frig + MW.
