Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Must have been the most unfriendly welcome I ever had at a hotel. The woman didn’t look at me, made me feel like she didn’t want anyone in front of her, like she didn’t want to be be there, just gave me the card without telling me where my room was (was in a different building) no “thanks” at any time. Very unpleasant.
The room, kitchen and bathroom have a nice design. Fun retro looking fridge and microwave.

The breakfast was weak - not well supplied. The room would have been more pleasant if there had been some “soft white” lighting instead of the bright white fluorescent.
Clean… good location for my work. I felt safe at night because the parking lot was so brightly lit.

Still under construction
Still under construction, missing items in room but clean, had to check in and get towels etc from hotel next door. Needed better sheets and a heavy comforter and/or blanket. Location great, staff good once construction completed will be great. I will return! Staff very good at helping us with several different changes in plans and getting there. Thank You!

There is no breakfast. Lack of kitchen utensils. True travelers don't pack such items. I understand if an extended stay hotel becomes semipermanent housing to some that theft and destruction can be an issue but at least keep something available for actual travelers. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable. Luggage carts or something would help for carrying items especially 2nd and 3rd story rooms. I had to pay $25 for an early check in at 1pm. House keeping appeared to be finished at cleaning rooms, too. I never understood this policy.
I liked the kitchenette. No dishes to borrow for your stay. The bath/shower was very nice with two shower heads. The elevator works. It's recently opened. The office is temporarily next door. VWalmart almost shares the same parking lot and other shopping is close by. It was quiet and nice the night I stayed.

Everything . The pictures lead you to believe that the rooms are on the inside when in fact the rooms lead straight outside. The elevators don’t work & the blankets are paper thin. WORST STAY EVER

The bathroom tub was rusted and patched up, hair and used paper towels was on bed and floor and it was a bad smell in room. We left way early before check out.

My teen daughter and I stayed here. The overall vibe was sketchy. It felt unsafe seeing a car in the parking lot w/a busted window. It appears a couple of guys were selling pitbulls, which weren't on leashes. The same guys were in the room next to me and had a bunch of Marijuana smoke coming from the room. Additionally, I didn't like that the owner and spouse came to my room to personally collect my credit card to pay for a small late-checkout, when I had already communicated that I'll come down to pay it before checking out. She was going to take my card back down to the front desk. I think not. Even if they had a mobile device to charge it on the spot, it still would've rubbed me the wrong way. I wouldn't recommend it, nor would I stay here again.

It came with the whole service and Very good staff . Also they can help you out slightly sometimes on the payment plans and they rooms are very much worth it.
