Only one thing -- the quality of the food at the included breakfast could have been better -- and hotter! Maybe less variety, more concentration on quality???

The location was exceptional -- many choices within walking distance. The staff is outstanding -- welcoming, friendly, responsive. The rooms are large and very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend!

Love that they have breakfast! The man at the counter who upgrades was awesome! He was Indian I believe and his name started with a J. Wasn’t one I have heard before. He was super personable and friendly! Very nice man.

The only complaint about location is the noise from the freeway. The room was nice but it was freezing when we walked in. The a/c was on and set to 60. It took quite a while to warm up the room.

The breakfast was great.The room was very big and nice. Location was fine. We were visiting family so we only spent the night and didn't use any of the other amenities.

The hotel is situated next to a homless camp which wasn't an issues until the next morning when I found out that my $600 cooler filled with fish, crab and shrimp had been stolen out of the back of my truck. The weight of this cooler was over 200lbs, so there was no way I could lift it out and take it to my room. It's not the hotels fault but I wish they would have surveillance cameras in the lobby so the personal could have helped.

The hotel was located in a quiet area and was very clean. The staff were excellent and helped us with a last minute request for adjoining rooms. Very comfortable and spacious rooms.

Coffee after breakfast hours barely warm Only over ripe bananas for fruit. Rest of breakfast standard but good. Bathroom soaps difficult for older person to use when not at tub level. Please help us older tub folks on that.

Staff AMAZING… very sweet and tried to be helpful with a smile and grace. One room too loud with traffic so I requested to change and found me a quieter one. Very clean. Pool just the right temperature

Tried to check in just before the posted check in time and was told it would be an hour. We went and had dinner. Came back over an hour. We were told it would be another 20 minutes.

One employee wasn't very understanding that my young toddler children had been in a car for 12 hours and they were a little hyper upon arriving. We got a noise complaint 10 minutes after arriving because my toddlers were running in the room. I'm a very understanding person and keep my kids quiet during the night/early morning. This happened at 5 pm and we hadn't even had a chance to get situated before calming them by the time we got the call. To add to that, our room was not above another guests room, so I didn't see the issue.

The rooms were large enough to accommodate our family size and were very clean. Besides one individual, all the staff members were very sweet and welcoming, especially when interacting with my children. They have the best breakfast out of all the hotels I have been to. I will gladly use them again in the future!

Everything was great from the moment you arrive at the lovely parking lot with big trees. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. The drapes on the window were very effective. Breakfast was great.

There's no fan in the bathroom and the door doesn't stay open by itself, so it gets really hot and humid. While the breakfast was great, there isn't a lot of seating, so unfortunately the second morning it was so crowded, we decided to take a pass.

Staff were super friendly, the bed was really comfortable, and the room was very clean. The hot breakfast was great.

Only had one problem. The property only has one elevator and it was down for about 24 hrs. Staff was great helping older guests get luggage down the stairs.

We rarely stay at Holiday Express because the prices are so high. This one was lower then a lot of the surrounding choices. It was very clean and had coffee choices and a very good breakfast. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in a shower dispenser and hand soap and lotion in a sink dispenser.
