The restaurant was closed down. The bar didn’t serve any alcohol or beer. The sink didn’t drain. Toilet didn’t completely flush. The picture shows a beautiful shower and bathroom but it was false. Bathtub was pitted and black. Sink was broken and water spotted. Cabinets were dirty and coffee area hadn’t been cleaned. Toilet was older like an elementary school toilet and so loud. It smelled like chemicals so bad in the hall on the 3rd floor it made you sick. Pool is closed indefinitely. I knew nothing about these issues before check in. The people were super nice tho. Bed was comfy, and the actual sleeping/living area looked nice. Our friends had similar issues on 6th floor with drains and tub. The picture of king room/bed and lobby is accurate. But bathroom and bar/restaurant not so much.

It was within walking distance to the courthouse and many eateries and pubs. Safe nice area. Staff was so nice and helpful

The hotel had a mechanical issue with the front doors that were not repaired while we were there. Because of this and the extreme cold the entire main floor was very cold, staff and many customers were wearing over coats.

The property is ideally located in downtown Lafayette. Clean with nicely appointed rooms.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I found a hair in my shower when I checked in, but other than that everything was clean and good.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I had some questions about my reservation, and they took care of everything with no trouble or stress on my part.

Staff was all very friendly! Lobby was beautiful and clean. Room was nice and clean as well. The bathrooms were being renovated, which they told us at check in. It would’ve been nice to know upon booking though. Shower was gross with paint chipping/peeling. Other than that, it was a great room

Once again with booking.com & according to the front desk. Several pieces of Information on the booking .com booking site was not correct "wrong" left out or not updated on a regular basis. As a result, the hotel blames booking.com always and does not honor the disclosed information. They ALWAYS say you used 3rd party vendor so take the issue up with them.. Ie: parking fees & information. Breakfast fees with correct information, hotel lounge closed down indefinitely untill acquisition is completed, bathroom remodeling, honoring some advertised prices for various things. This is a CONSTANT issue with booking.com. Then you try to appeal or discuss the issue with booking.com and they do nothing ! Not sure if I will be using site again. This is getting unexceptable with booking.com. If a mistake is made in marketing materials for whatever reason,. The hotel should NOT be allowed to set their own rules. I will most likely not use thus site again, it us a constant issue

They don’t clean the room unless you let them know and sometimes even after letting them know you want your room cleaned they forgot. Not enough towels for everybody

Shower stall was visibly worn and needs replacement, and shower head adequate but so old. It's like they skipped that part of the renovation. Tiny bar of soap for both bathroom and shower, requested more, no problem, but 2 bars would be appropriate. Breakfast was disappointing. It was Sunday, yet no customers, and the heat tray perhaps not working well because cold potatoes and sausage, but also biscuit was stale, and fruit looked sad, overpriced at $15. Packaged yogurt was great, lots of coffee too, only ate once, because wonderful breakfasts nearby (like Sunrise Diner)

For a long term stay, the nicest staff, in an excellent location, and we loved walking downtown to the Farmer's Market, to restaurants, across the Wabash and on to West Lafayette. Very quiet, and in the other direction, our daughter's apartment a few blocks away. We were there to help her move. Bed and huge room selected for us by very nice front desk person who I wish I knew her name. Room and bathroom clean. For 6 nights, we were happy to be able to spread out, and slept very well.
