Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Could be updated, it is an older facility. Could hear guests talking in room next door. People above were heavy footed.

The breakfast was horrible. The room was not vwry clean. We had used towels in the bathroom from the last people that stayed there.
The location is right off the highway. Very convenient.

Room could have been cleaner. Found a hair ball in the sheets. Tub had a big Crack in it.
Breakfast was lacking much of an assortment.

That the Free Breakfast advertised was not provided. I paid the extra money to have included in my stay. The simple fact is they should remove the photos as well as the banner in their ads here. It's not that hard to do as it's an interstate hotel and many use a free breakfast provided to keep their travel time in schedule. Plus it's not comfortable to see local police evict another guest from their room next door with the tenant prior to the arrival using swear words through the thin walls of the rooms. This here is not what it says.

The bed was lumpy and the comforter had burn holes. No ash tray was provided in a smoking room. The towels were thin and cheap and the ice machines on property wete broken. Breakfast was not offered as stated due to the virus and nothing was offered in place of.. The furniture was stained and very old. The atrium looked great and was very clean. The oiom we had was nothing like that.
Location was convenient and the ladies at front desk were friendly. There is nothing else postive the other customers were scary.

Staff coming banging on the door at 9am wanting to know if we were staying another night. Check out was at 11am. So didn't get to sleep in like we wanted to. Bedding was out dated and had holes I it.

Reporting this place to the BBB. We left after 30 minutes as soon as we turned on the lights, roaches crawling all over the beds. Roaches in the fridge. Even crawling from under the toilet lid. This was actually the 2nd room. The first is the same. We were told the 2nd room is very clean. We should have left then but tried to be reasonable. Mistake. The comfort on the bed should have been thrown in a fire 25 years ago. The movie Joe's apartment was actually nicer. The state should be ashamed that it allows this place to operate. Booking send out a representative, and you will be embarrassed to advertise such a disgrace establishment. The best part We left and the staff falsely stated we stayed in that dump hole. My family and I will never book a stay with Rodeway or its affiliate.. oh I failed the mention the drugs on the counter or that it's. cleaning staff needs retraining.

The main reason I picked this hotel was because of the pool. I get to the hotel and the pool was empty. The breakfast was terrible. The rooms were dirty and looked liked it had been awhile since it has been cleaned.
It was easy to find. Staff was nice and helpful.

It was outdated it was nasty the towels were black instead of white the mattress was old and stained the chair in my room was brown but it's original color was blue the phone didn't work and there was something brown on the ceiling if I hadnt reserved 2 rooms in advance then I wouldn't have stayed there for not book a room here and over priced I paid 90 dollars a night
