Could hear guest next store like they were in our room. They were so loud late into the evening. Also says it’s a dog friendly hotel but no place to eat if you have a dog. Made it difficult to eat especially since it was in the winter months. Couldn’t go outside to eat.

we stayed on 2nd floor and people upstairs were so noisy at night with constant heavy footsteps, suitcase wheels rolling back and forth, kids jumping up and down…hard to get a good night sleep

I thought we had a fireplace in the room, but we didn't. My fault really for not reading details of our room closely. Didn't have snow while we were there, but not your fault. No real complaints here.

Great room with nice nature view! Perfect location by the lake and near the village. Cozy lobby area with beautiful holiday decorations and vast fireplace setting! Lake area access was nice to have and quiet with privacy.

The room seems outdated. The bar staff was somehow rude and dishonest. went to the hotel bar to have some drinks and found a family friend. Even though I opened a separate account with my own credit card and picked up all my drinks at the counter/bar, the staff added my drinks to my friends account and charged them. Later the bar attendee charged me once again, and even after I said my account was already paid by my friends, they asked me to sign one drink that was missing on the already paid bill.

Location. The lakefront property is located at the Village and walking distance to the restaurants, shops, etc.

How busy the bar at the restaurant was they only had one bartender and she seemed overwhelmed and not pleasant. But overall I enjoyed my stay!

Hotel room was very noisy. Footsteps on floor above us was very loud throughout the stay and there was a metal clanking sound throughout the night, pipes perhaps?

Facilities are a little outdated.

The location and the scenery. The holiday decorations were beautiful. The restaurant, fitness center and lounge area were nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lady with walkie-talkie and clip board appearing out of no where to demand what room I am in. Very rude lady who never introduced herself, still have no idea who she was but really put a damper on the hospitality experience.

Can use an update. IT systems could use an upgrade. Credit card was not working and required checking in via a link sent over email to provide credit card information that was not encrypted. Charged a resort fee of $35 per day.

One of the hot tubs was not working properly and both were not as clean as should be, with plenty of sand at the bottom. The pool bar was closed but it was a little bit messy and the kitchen was very dirty. The cost of the brunch buffet was a little bit expensive ($45/adult), for me, it was not worth it to pay that for the food they offered.

Location, views, and the pool. Also is very recommended to have dinner at their BIN 189 restaurant. (Book in advance) In general, a really good hotel to be quiet and in a wonderful natural landscape.

Requested balcony room with view of lake. The view was obscured by pine trees and saw only two little bits of the lake and a dock.

Location right on lake. Close to village. Nice restaurant with outdoor seating with view of lake. Not crowded. Decent size room.

There is no Adult Only section in the pool/ spa area even though they have two outdoor jacuzzi.Felt like they should of at least had posted jacuzzi day/time restrictions for children because both jacuzzi areas constantly were occupied by children simply hanging out at all times limiting adults from doing the same.

Short walking distance into the village where all attractions, shops, bars and restaurants are located. The lake view from the room and balcony was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and not too firm or soft.

Dinner prices seemed high but then it is a resort. The curry dish I ordered was not good.

Only used the coffee shop for breakfast. Starbucks coffee is fine. Egg sandwich was good.
