There was a horrible smell. Not sure if it’s the carpet smell, or a cockroach chemical spray smell. It lingered for 3 days We had to keep the balcony door open to keep the smell from being so strong. Every time we came back from somewhere, the moment we opened the door, the smell would smack us right in the face.

Loved the spaciousness. Love how the master bedroom was separated from the kids room. Loved the extra long balcony looking out to the pool.

Very limited handicap parking as well as few convenient parking spots for Bldg #1 (had to park way in back late at night and walk around to front). Didnt like heavy propane odor by pool. Room door was VERY hard to open; had to do lotta jiggling to get it open even after getting green light; it def needs adjusting. Jets in tub didnt work.

The location is great-the 4 bedroom/4 bath suites were very accommodating for our family. The kids loved the pool. Convenient stores n restaraunts on property. Easy check in

This property is a suite hotel and we chose it specifically for that reason, we wanted to cook and make some meals during our stay . The kitchen itself was fine but not stocked with any pots , we had 1 small frying pan and only a few cooking utensils. We called down and requested some more pots and such..they never brought to us. We needed to call a second time and then we were able to get 2 pots. This may sound silly but the coffee machine is an old drip machine which takes filters, they would be much better off replacing to a pod like machine, ie.Keruig for guests convenience.

The resort and our room were very clean . The furnishings are dated but again everything was very clean an comfortable. The outside areas , both pools and restrooms were SUPER clean and staffed well . Location was fantastic. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants so close by and Disney springs was an 8 min car ride away.

No room service. You have to pay extra for that which was weird. Pizza Hut express / store seemed dirty and old and outdated. The pool area smelled like propane gas leaking. Gave us a head ache while swimming.

Convenient location. Large room, large balcony with a great view. Fairly quiet rooms and hallways. Little guy really liked the pirate ship.

The towels in our room had stains on them when we arrived (we washed them again ourselves), housekeeping had used double sheets sideways on the king bed which was laziness but was promptly fixed when we called for the proper sheets. The arcade needs some maintenance as many games weren't working or were broken but also weren't labelled out of order so just took your money. Know that only the essentials are provided for your arrival (toiletries, dishwasher & laundry detergent) so expect to supply your own if staying for more than a couple days.

Amazing location, huge pool, resort wasn't too crowded in general. The room had everything we needed for the 9 days we were there. The arcade was reasonably priced. Multiple on site options for food or drinks. Resort was clean and comfortable in general. We would definitely stay here again.

The shower dripped constantly and I think the cleaning services should at least come once in a week without having to pay for it.

The size of the room is great for a big family and it is close to the parks!

Suite showed signs of neglect in need of thorough review between guests. Fridge faulty, iron so old unable to see settings, replaced when issue raised. Toaster faulty also replaced when issue raised. Cleaning was not the best we have seen on arrival, stayed many times and this time poor standard.

Shout out to the curtesy call from Chrissy the day after we arrived!! She sent up more coffee for rest of stay but most impressive she helped arrange shuttle transportation for 19 of us from hotel to downtown Orlando for Olympic Marathon Trials- worked great!! (2 vans that fit us all, paid driver directly for service) Yeah to Chrissy!!

The first two rooms were terrible. In the first one, the floors were wet and the second one smelled like someone just smoked. I lost two hours of my stay changing rooms.

Master bed was very firm, bathroom fan didn't work so some mildew was on window blind, garbage disposal stopped working after one use. Furnishings were dated but still very useable.

Very convenient location. Excellent value for the price. Great amenities. Property was clean. 3 bedroom option was ideal for our family without needing multiple hotel rooms. Loved the ability to cook and have meals without going out. Loved the pool and hot tub area. Having a washer and dryer in our room was ideal.
