Hard not to notice a few trees that could use removal. The birches along driveway looking rough. We work for tree company... have ability to take those down.... maybe work out a deal for weekend before the busy season gets going.

Location was perfect.... great value for a quick get away. We grew up in this area.

The house was filthy. Floors were so dirty, furniture dusty, bathroom faucet still had toothpaste splatter from previous renter, there was still old food in the freezer, towels were dirty, sheets dirty. Tons of human hair on many things. The host explained the woman who cleaned was elder. She quickly got us brand new towels and clean sheets. She was very responsive and fixed the issues.

The home was spacious, cute and comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Property could of been cleaned more. Also, this is not a single private home. This is more like an apartment in a multi-family home. The whole home is separated in half. The half has everything you would need in a home. Home separated into A and B halves .

Sparse, Cold, limited resources (paper products, towels, toiletries, coffee, drink glasses, plates, etc.) Huge glass door to deck does not lock, heat inaccessible upstairs in bedrooms=shivering at night, place generally in disrepair and unclean.

Nothing. I wish I could upload pictures of how dirty the place is. Smells like pee all over bugs crawling out the pipe. Fridge don’t work, bathrooms is disgusting.

Price was very comparable to area hotels/motels, but this is a nice little 2 bedroom house!!! Soooooo worth the luxury of feeling at home with all the amenities instead of being cramped in a single room at a hotel, highly recommended. Owners were very punctual with check in/out info and communicative throughout.

The listing was deceitful, said it was a 2 bedroom house, it’s not a whole house rental it’s 2 apartments in a house, so you will hear your neighbor besides that it is on such a busy street you will hear trucks all night, better off in a hotel. there was dirt everywhere on floor, and bathroom was disgusting, it’s like no one cleaned the place, very disappointed because pictures are not what it seems

There was a mildew smell throughout the house; the extra pillows had a very bad mildew smell; there weren't as many kitchen supplies as I thought there would be.

coldest weekend of the year and when we got in the heat was at 55 degrees and house was freezing cold. it took a while to warm up and we had to all sit in our coats for a few hours. also the fridge was off so we could put anything in it to keep it cold. would have been to have that turned on before we arrived so it was useful when we got there.

location was close to lake George village and easy to find.
