Staff was loud and there was one employee (while apparently off, but hanging out at the hotel’s patio) who would curse while talking to other employees, be loud, and was telling this other employee to tell us to get the f out of the pool cause it was already 10:00 pm. There is absolutely no need for language nor an attitude like this, especially if she is a hotel employee and we are guests with young children. Employees gather outside or in lobby making it loud and really obnoxious. Breakfast wouldn’t be refilled sometimes even if it wasn’t closing time, and coffee options would be limited some mornings. The room did not get cleaned once during out stay either.

The refers made noise all night and the neighbor kept me up till 1 am. I eventually had to go down to reception. The phone in my room wouldn’t dial.

I didn't get the room that was pictured when I booked the room it was much smaller and the layout wasn't the same... The staff couldn't explain the extra $300.00 charges that were add to the bill when I checked in and I finally figured out it was a security deposit but that wasn't the way it was explained. If I could have gotten a refund on the room I would have left and went somewhere else....

The only good thing I can say is it was a suites which is what I was after.

At checki- in the hotel was very hot when entering and my room was extremely warm. Staff members where cranky because of heat but later on the technicians arrived and saved the evening. Turned out to be agreat trip after all.

The hotel was very family oriented, the staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was very nice. Very exceptional service and location was perfect for family vacation.

Pubic hair on shower walls and in bathroom sink in our right new room- staff very loud and laughing in breakfast room -gave us wrong room but fixed it when asked but had to walk all over toting alot of belongings switching rooms

the night shift basically accused me of stealing my room in the middle of the night an I paid with a my credit card on top of that this wasn’t even the room I reserved

carpet was completely drenched, refrigerator was full of cartons of milk and freezer had a case of scrambled eggs, the phone kept going off on its own, there were roaches on night stand, dog across hall barked all night

The room was not so clean and the breakfast was gone before 8 am. We went to the front desk and asked if there would be any more food coming, someone came with very little with several guests still waiting to eat.
