The only issue we had was we could not get the bathroom door to latch to lock. Not a huge deal, but just had to knock!

Super clean! Breakfast was excellent and had many options! Staff was kind, alert and accommodating! We were in town for a basketball tournament and found this gem of a hotel.

Breakfast on weekdays very limited

Second time here and definitely will come again. Location is perfect, staff is very helpful, Mila, the receptionist became our friend, king size bed room was amazing, super clean and comfortable.

The premium balcony rooms are on the first floor, so you don't really get much of a lake view and you're closer to the noise. (Not that there's much noise in Lake Placid) There's little they can do about those issues, but what a strange architectural choice ?! (Premium rooms are normally at the top / offer the best views, so unless you NEED a balcony, it seems harddly worth the extra money) Things they could improve on; little omissions in the breakfast offering, such as strawberry jam... they only had grape jam... or hard boiled eggs as a grab and go option... not the end of the world, just unusual.

Beautiful, clean, modern space located just off main street, at the southern tip of mirror lake. Rooms were squeaky clean, showers spacious and ran hot, with great water pressure. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I'll likely be back if I ever need to stay in Lake Placid again.

Very clean rooms with keurig machine and super nice and updated bathroom. The staff was welcoming and the free breakfast was great! Location was also ideal as it’s super close to Main Street with a bunch of cute stores.

The room is not soundproof. You can hear kids upstairs and people walking out side. But they are quiet after 9pm.

The rectangular toilet is a little odd.

Good free breakfast options. It appears that they have a make your own pancakes set up but it wasn't in operation when I was there, probably because there were only a handful of guests on an off night near the end of the winter season. Room was surprisingly large. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. Location is excellent too. The Lake Placid Brewing Co. brewpub is next door and Main Street is a short walk away. Staff were very friendly.

There are really small things that I didn’t like in the morning. We need to wait for breakfast a little bit longer, but I guess it was a lot of people so they went fast. And one think it’s when you take a shower the floor inside the shower was very slippery once it got wet ,so we were have to be really careful not to slip when we were taking a shower

The shower was warm but not hot; the hot water heater could stand to be turned up a few degrees. They offer a breakfast but we didn't eat there so I can't comment on that.

This is right smack in the middle of downtown Lake Placid and right next to a brewery. The hotel is lovely, clean and was quiet on the night we were there. It was also VERY roomy. It's not fancy but it's a step above a basic hotel. Sort of like a Hampton. They offer a parking lot, but if it's full, you have to go elsewhere to park in the winter. I'm not sure what the rates are normally but we pain a pretty high price because it was the weekend of Empire State Games. Staff was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
