Hotel price was reasonable until you add $30USD national park entry fee to get to the resort. We arrived after hours and left early the next morning so this seemed excessive. The room safe wouldn’t lock - flat batteries and the shower gel dispenser was empty. Soundproofing could be better, we could hear every word said by our neighbours

Nice views onto the lake. Would have been a nice place to explore if we had more time.

I would have liked our room to be available at 4pm. I also wish this resort was not short staffed as this affected the service in restaurants and at the front desk.

The view was absolutely fantastic. You could not find a more beautiful spot to stay in Page. The room was nice as were the restaurants and pools. We did arrive after a very long travel day and were told our room was not available even though it was 4:30pm. They were short staffed in room cleaners and restaurant servers. I would definitely stay here again because the views and stunning.

Nothing I can think of. I just wish people did not leave such bad reviews of this place. I was terrified of going.

After reading all the reviews I was afraid I will have a very bad experience. I don't know where the reviews are coming from but the resort was actually clean and decent. I stayed 2 nights but made different reservations for each night (plans changed). After my first night I went to the front desk and asked if I can stay in the same room. Dee was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to help me stay in the same room and gave me a discount for the second night!! Location is wonderful. It's not a 5 star hotel and you shouldn't expect that, but it's a great hotel with 2 restaurants, a coffee shop and a gift shop. Plus the pool and a huge parking lot

i wanted to take a bath but there were no plugs for the tub. I called the reception but they did not help unfortunately. It was my honeymoon and I would have appreciated a little care, especially since it is an expensive resort.

The pool water does not have a heater and it was cold. Being a resort it should have a heater. No one could use it. They did not clean our rooms every day, and we have to walk to reception to ask for towels

The service was a little off. a long wait at reception with only one person checking guests in. Food service was a little odd with food arriving in an odd order and plates not cleared away between courses. The room was the most disapointing with only a view of the car park. The curtains didnt close properly and no tea making or hot water facility, only a few pod coffees which were awful.

Hotel has great location. The food and wine in the restaurant was good. staff friendly

Room smelled a bit weird, I guess the bathroom was renovated recently. Some towels holders fell off the wall/too loose. Keep in mind you have to pay the Glen Canyon NP fee (one time fee; we didn’t know, around $30 per vehicle)

Good parking, great location by the lake, short drive to Page etc

Long line to check in , 45 minutes our friends were given a room that was all ready rented the had to have another room assigned to them . Also your dining room has a beautiful view however due to staffing issues we were not allowed to have a window seat could you not adjust the staffing assignments so they could serve customers that wanted to sit near the window? Fire pits could not be used I believe there were three of them . According to the front desk who was rude Large one was missing a part and we would have to aske the Bartender about the other to Were told by the Bartender " we could not use the table top ones". On the next morning when wanting again to sit at a window seat we again were told no because the had a tour group coming in . and a bus group coming in . We sat had breakfast and not one tour group or bus group arrived, staff was not pleasant, Maitra de was rude . For such a beautiful place it was a shame you folks don't have your act together. not recommending to friends .

View was beautiful when I stood on the patio. The room was clean. our waitress in the evening was very nice .

You have to pay as you go in and out because it's a National Park There wasn't any extra toilet paper or caffeined coffee. And they made 0 effort to get coffee. They said sorry we're out 😠 I think it was on purpose so you had to get coffee from their coffee shop which was nasty coffee. I had to go to the lobby at 5:30am to get toilet paper 😠

I loved the location. The room was nice.

The smell in the hallway (block 2) was not great. The view was great but the concrete balcony makes it difficult to enjoy it when sitting down. The quality, service, choice and price of the food at the restaurant were appalling... only the view warrants a visit to the restaurant.

Right next to the lake. The view was great. The bed was comfy.

Generally tired decor and furniture. First room had a bathroom door which didn't even close. Room facilities basic, no bathroom cups couple of coffee pods but no creamer or sugar. Had to eat in hotel as casual dining closed, food was overpriced and very poor.

Paid for Lake view and it was beautiful. Comfortable bed so very good night's sleep.

For a place called "Lake Powell Resort", I expected more. This place is run down. Everything about the building, rooms, bathrooms, torn up trim on doorways, worn carpets. etc... needs updating. There should also be elevators for many of the seniors that we saw including us! Very difficult to manage suitcases and coolers up the stairways. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. We had a sliding glass door to a balcony that could barely open and it would have been really nice to have it open at night IF it had a screen door. For such a beautiful location, this place should be cleaned up.

The location is absolutely stunning. What a view! Restaurant meal was also very good. Highly recommend eating there!
