There is no staff onsite and nothing in the booking (or nothing I saw) denoted the lack of staff onsite. The room had of the personality of a hospital room.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The facility seemed to be well maintained.

Our window faced the windows of some condos or apartments, The bedside lamp was an artsy lamp made to seem like an old-fashioned incandescent light which flickered slightly & one wall was painted a very vibrant pink and purple zigzag pattern both of these could be problematic for a guest with seizure disorder.

The bed & pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean. I really appreciate that when the remodel was done the floor is a non carpeted surface. The bathroom was clean and nicely remodeled. It was a quiet night's rest and the price was excellent. We had a corner room which was great for quietness but contributed I think to one of the things I didn't like.

Just one thing that I wanted to mention: During the check out we left 15 minutes later. The staff entered the room twice during that time. The first time sharp at 11 am (checkout time), the second time 10 minutes later-to remind us. We just thought that 15-20 minutes can be considered grace period, and that they didn’t have to enter our room at that time.

The room was super spacious, and very clean, bathroom facilities were well sanitized. There were no carpets in the room, which was a wonderful surprise, since carpets usually tend to be dirty and smelly at old hotels/motels. The room was renovated, and the staff was very helpful. To our request to turn on the heater, they came immediately to help. We had a positive experience there!

It’s nothing to look at . I was actually a little afraid to stay because there was no staff on site and I was alone. It seems to be “a contractor’s motel” There were primarily trucks in the parking lot , they were no families and there was no noise after 9 pm people started leaving pretty early in the morning.

It was quiet and clean . It had a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean but I think the hardwood floors needed some sweeping/ mopping.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and restuarants. It had ample parking space. They give out beach vouchers which is a plus.

the room wasn’t ready on time . They were running about 40 minutes late. We had to wait. I feel we should have been given a discount, we pay for check in at 3-11 am the next day.

cheapest materials, extremely thin walls, the metal bathroom door nob weighted probably more than the rest of the door… toilet seat was tilting to the side…. If you need a roof over you red head for a night or two, it’s ok, but it’s not a place to spend vacation.

there were some minor issues - I found all coffee bag in a coffee machine, utensils were missing, floor in bathroom had footprints when we arrived. but when addressed stuff handled them well
