The area was run down, the building needed a lot of work. On check in there was no communication and we had to stand outside in the rain while the clerk took my id and credit card and I couldn't see what was going on. The description states hair dryer in the room, there was not one. The coffee pot had old coffee filters in it so we were unable to use that.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

It was on the waterfront. It’s also run down and the pool was empty. The stairs to the 2nd floor is a bit scary, but it was clean, the view lovely, and everything worked. If you are a foreign tourist looking for run down Americana this is great?

Staff was not very friendly. The area seemed a little sketchy. Definitely needs a remodel but the room was clean enough.

I liked that it was on the lake with a few docks.

They didn't clean my room after 2 nights. The second day of not cleaning I went down and they said they don't clean them unless you ask. I found that absurd. After that they cleaned daily. The pool is non functional and there is no food on site. They scanned my ID as well as my Credit card. If I had known they were going to do that I would not have stayed there. This is an insane practice and should be banned due to possible theft.

The room was initially clean and clean after they started cleaning daily. The view is very nice. you are close to the freeway. The grounds are well kept.

The bath room does not have a working venting fan. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Window does not have screens (can't open window for fresh air).

It is a nice walk along the lake front. They did not serve breakfast.

The owners family are super nice. We wanted to bbq and they were able to provide us plates and utensils. The place is rundown but kept clean. The long term stay folks are very friendly so feel safe

The facility and grounds were in poor shape. The stairs up to our room were treacherous. We had to ask for soap, no hairdryer, no clothes hangers, beat up vehicles with expired licenses & missing Ung windows in parking lot, etc

Our stay was short but good. This property needs a lot of professional work done. Seems that they are doing work but not of great quality. We requested to switch rooms as we wanted a ground floor unit more than lake view as we where just stopping for the night. Also, the unit we where going to have had fans going to dry the carpet after carpet cleaning.

The motel was really clean and well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Only reason for low rating on certain categories is 1.) we booked on third party APP and it advertised that their pool was “re-open” not sure if the motel owners put that on there or the third party, but the pool was not open, nor filled, which was really disappointing because this was part of the reason we chose this place to stay. Also the parking was pretty terrible. One parking lot on the side of motel was full of broke down vehicles that people obviously lived out of, and the other side where the office was, was cramped, we were lucky to find a spot there but the next morning came out to a dent in our truck. As leaving the complex, witnessed a lady back into a jet ski that was on a trailer. Obviously hit and runs are common there

That had only been there for mins and hubby was outside smoking didn't see the sign next thing you know we're kicked out and didn't get money back saying he was smoking in the room which wasn't true, I'm sick of all the low budget ass places that categorize people!

They don't know how to treat people, and they're very snobby.

The manager saw that I was wearing a medical boot and offered to change our room to one on the ground floor for no additional cost. Everything was very clean and I was surprised by how many cars were there since we didn't hear a sound from anyone all night.

My bed kept shaking every time someone in the building would walk around. it was one of the most bizarre things I've ever experienced. The security was terrible, I could have broken the door lock off with my bare hands. Not a great experience.
