The stay was nice it was just a unfortunate trip because my sister got sick the first day so we were not able to enjoy the trip together. I took her for her 79th birthday but as I said we could not do anything together. I shopped alot because I couldn't do much else without her. Thank you

It was a very nice room and it was as clean as expected. Staff were very nice, as I noted. The property is close to town and not to far from the casino. Always a good time in chelan

As an older property, the sound proofing between rooms isnt the same as you get from a new mega chain. Not a knock just an fyi if you’re a light sleeper maybe get the top level.

Clean, comfortable, great value, great views. Lots of pillows! This site is everything I look for as someone who wants a good sleep but doesn’t want to pay a huge amount.

The shower/tub did not drain well. I ended up having to stop the shower so I wouldn't be standing in dirty water before resuming my shower.

We had a great view of the lake! There was a nice kitchenette with sink, stove, mic, and ref. There was no lack of pillows, and the bed was comfy. I loved their padded benches at the foot of each bed!

The carpet in front of the sofa was a little stained ( I was in a pet suite because I have a small dog ) that wasn't very attractive to me and makes me question if they noticed it.

Breakfast was good one day. The following day there were a lot of people and no staff. I guess someone was sick. They run out of everything. The suite was very convenient when having a dog nice walk to the lake and not too far from Chelan.

Several rooms were in the process of being redone. Construction workers were kindly and respectful, but there were a lot of materials scattered about, making walkways cluttered. This did detract from the experience.

Perfect location on the park and lake. Excellent facility in every way, including nice rooms. Friendly and thoughtful staff. Very good hot breakfasts. We especially love it here in the quiet off-season. We look forward to return visits!

Breakfast was not very good. Seemed like the emphasis was to provide the breakfast, utensils, plates etc. at the cheapest cost to the supplier as possible.

They are doing some remodeling but when that it complete this place will be perfect.

We stayed here because it was pet friendly, but ended up loving it. They upgraded us to a suite which was super nice ad comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

The facial tissue was not very soft but was rather scratchy if you needed to blow your nose or wipe a baby's face.

The room was nicely appointed with a lake view "to die for"! This property is in the perfect spot...... next to a beautiful City park and a gorgeous view of the lake! AND a nice pool! The complimentary continental breakfast was really good with a beautiful view of the lake from the third floor dining room.

Driveway is steep and poor visibility to get out. The door to our room didn’t have a good seal and exhaust from cars backed in and running gets sucked into door crack. Pool towels are too small. Pool chairs are too hard.

Loved the park on the lake and the walking area.The room was very nice with everything a person could need for a short stay. Breakfast was great and had many options.
