Check out time is 12pm. I got a knock on my door at 11:09 am by house keeping telling me it was time to check out. When I voiced that I thought the check out time was later, she said no, it's at 11 that's why I'm bothering you. The front desk clerk confirmed it was noon and showed me the check out time on the invoice. The cleaning lady was not kind at all.

The pool was amazing and the front desk staff was wonderful!!

The room was nice and clean. The microwave was broken, called guest services, busy signal always. But i walked to the desk for more towels (only 2 in room), toliet paper ( only one for 3 night stay) and to tell thwm about microwave. I was supplied immediatley and microwave fixed early next morning. Overall pleasent stay.

Front doors to entrance were broken....elevator doors were cracked....bath in room...rusty shower rods, torn wallpaper, paint badly chipped

The pool wasn’t filled so it couldn’t be used. The rooms were outdated and dusty. The hallways has a musty smell.

Fridge was broke. We never had to be in our room for something to be fixed as we had to be at children hospital early and their most of the day. Would of liked to been able to take my child food their after the hospital which we couldn't due to being told had to be their to replace. We also booked for the pool as stated in the listing had a pool called told never had a pool. Once got their all room markings had pool on the sighns.

The parking lot is a disaster, DEEP potholes, not kept up, in desperate need of resurfacing. Even though it was on a golf course, none of the surrounding landscaping was kept up. Grass was out of control and weeds everywhere. just gave the impression nobody cared. Both beds in our room were so worn out that they had huge depressions in the center and they were nearly U-shaped. They were easily 2-3 years past their service life. The cable TV service was awful, looked like something from the 1990's. The shower did not drain. Not enough towels in the room for 4 guests, had to request more. Bottom line, this hotel needs a complete overhaul and we were very disappointed. for spending nearly 800.00 for a weekend, this was shocking and the worst hotel we have stayed in in the Morgantown area in the past 4 years we have been coming there.

The staff was very nice and accommodated requests promptly. The hotel was quiet.

the first night I was the only one here - it's not like the pictures- it kinda reminded me of that movie the shining I felt like I was so far away from the front but there were no cars around and I didn't see anyone - the next night I saw people and all the ice machines are broken

Old and run down. That is this hotel, I know we went in the off season but it seriously reminds me of the shinning. The ceiling was exposed and we could see pipes. The smell was awful. Honestly you get what you pay for I suppose but geez it sucked.

very very dated- Exit sign in hallway was not illuminated- many ceiling tiles were molded and about to fall out in hallway. The wallpaper in hallway was peeling off. The room was very dated.There we’re rips in the bedding. The TV did not work correctly. The hotel was not worth it for the price paid.

the room looked barren and the electrics outlets were almost unusable. the bathroom had a rusty shower curtain and the fixtures looked ancient. An in believably poor facility. also the tv only had analogue channels

Outdated. Indoor pool was cloudy & pool area had a hole in the wall, no towels & area looked dirty (we did not swim due to this). Ants in the room. woken up on Saturday morning at 8:30 am to weed eating & hedge trimming being done outside our ground level room window. couldn’t see out our room window due to condensation between window panes. Did not have complimentary coffee which seems to be customary at hotels. it was cheaper than most hotels in the area but there is a reason.
