I overpaid for this room. The hotel is very dirty and I had to specifically ask for a nice room. The room had a heavy smoke smell and was dirty and outdated. You can tell they don't do much up keep here.

Rude customer service and we found cockroaches and said they refunded us 15% of the night of our stay and never received my money back for the 15%

I suppose for the price, you cannot expect a top notch facility. My husband found a roach near the shower in the second room we booked (I was in a separate room). I couldn't sleep at all after knowing there were roaches 😭. The shower stalls were pretty dirty too, so that grossed me out.

Shane was kind enough to give my family a pretty late checkout Sunday (1pm), as we were traveling with our four kids and needed some more time getting ready. The price was definitely cheap for two rooms (less than $200).

I know with staffing issues the way they are right now a good housekeeper is hard to find and it wouldn't surprise me if your attendant wasn't the housekeeper too! The floor in our room was in desperate need of attention someone had spilled something that was sticky in our rooms bathroom and then tracked it throughout the entire unit! Our feet/shoes were sticking to the floor in different areas! I cleaned it up the best I could with what I had using our given towels! That's when I went down for new ones and your desk person even though he was very busy helping a person with a self inflicted emergency he still went and got me new towels with no hesitation or ill word! I thank him for that! Everything else was ok, they just need to find a reliable housekeeper!

The bed was comfortable and I did sleep well, your staff member was very nice even though he was stressed because of one of the gentlemen that was staying for an extended time was needing help above and beyond what would be expected for a hotel attendant is to be responsible for! Please let that gentleman know he was very nice and I appreciate his help in getting things for me even though he was very busy getting that person the assistance that he needed!

Very sketchy motel. Had a police and ambulance waiting like they knew they’d eventually be there. Stayed with my two young kids was scared to leave the room with them. They also made it very clear no visitors which made me think they had a serious issue with illegal activities

The room itself wasn’t terrible. However not very clean. There were pubes in the sink. The ac wouldn’t stay on. Was surprised to find no tub just a stand up shower. Also the shampoo was used. Couldn’t wash my hair because not enough left

There was no breakfast available. There was coffee but no food. The room was in poor repair and there was mildew in the shower.

It was pet friendly with $10 pet fee. there was a grassy area to air my dog. the bed was very comfortable.

The heat really didn't work well it stayed cold in the room but we made ourselves as comfortable as we could and the room next to mine I could hear the guy snoring really loud which kept us up most the night during our stay

there was live roaches in the bathroom, the door to the room was broken the walls were disgusting, it’s sad but I was able to get a few hours of sleep after an 18 hour drive

nothing! the reservation was incorrect, I reserved 2 double beds and got a single bed that got rectified after having a hard time with id’s and paperwork. why reserve online if it was going to be that difficult!

the hair dryer didn’t work and my key required multiple attempts before it worked. good thing I didn’t have a cocktail with dinner. I’d have to sleep in my car

Shower floor wouldn’t touch with a 10 foot stick inside of front door is/was so dirty deadbolt did not close not a good door seal could see outside burn holes all over linens (sheets blanket coverlet) broken window and tape on screen
