You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location is great for a quiet stay. Traffic is much lighter in this area. The hotel staff were friendly and personal. I talked to a real person every time I called (not a computer or service).

United States of AmericaThe beds are super old. The pillows thin, with no extra linens in the room. The television didn’t work for 1/2 of our stay due to an issue that resulted in it locking up. They redid the floors but nothing else. It’s very dated.
Check in staff was delightful. The hotel is located feet from a Shoneys that offers 10% off. The water was super hot, no waiting. Other than traffic noise the hotel was super quiet. Hotel was clean!

Great location and great price ! The front desk staff were very friendly. This place is super clean and affordable. It is an older establishment but redone. We have stayed 3 times and have never had an issue. If you are expecting frills, then this is not the place. If you want clean and affordable, here ya go!

United States of AmericaThe shower had some mold on the ceiling and the shower head leaked out of the side. The shower curtain did little to keep water in the shower, a liner would help. The bathroom is also very small, so taller people like myself are actually taller than the shower. Our sink above the mirror was also not cleaned at all, it was streaky when we checked in and it reminded that way the whole stay.
Beds were clean and our sheets were changed every other day. Balcony gave a good view of the little pigeon river. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were welcoming when we checked in and were quick to help when we asked for extra towels. Hotel is close to Pigeon Forge - about 10-15 minutes away and around an hour away from Gatlinburg.
