United States of AmericaThe remote control wasn't working properly. The front desk clerk couldn't get it to work either, so she tried a different control that seemed to work -- but even it stopped working by the end of the evening. Might be time to look into simpler/more reliable technology?
I was cautioned Williston has some shady areas but this hotel is well lit and in a good part of town. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe lone ice machine was down, but at least had an icecube tray in the freezer. Considering the heat outside, it would have been a bonus if they had other ice options available.
We have stayed here several times since this hotel has opened and have never been disappointed. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and complimentary breakfast is good. Its location is great for our needs as it isn't located in the busy business district.

United States of AmericaWe took a 2 week road trip across the US on Hwy 2. This hotel was by far the best and one of the least expensive. We wished we could stay longer. The staff were very customer service oriented. A pleasant change from some of the other hotels we had encountered.

United States of AmericaWe found a used towel hanging on the bathroom door when we checked in. Something easily missed by the person cleaning between patrons. My only complaint is the amount of long black hair left in the tub and evidently on the shower curtain. Kept finding hair for two days. We were there for 3 nights. I think the previous occupant left this all behind. I didn't like it, but didn't entirely fault the cleaning staff. The only thing that they maybe should have done was to change out the entire shower curtain between occupants.
I intentionally reserved a room with two queen beds. We have stayed here twice before. 1st time I chose two queen beds and was very satisfied with the room. The 2nd time, I booked a king sized bed only. Room felt a little cramped. Booked a double queen suite and loved the room. Bedroom was separate from the rest of room which had a kitchen area (small fridge, dishwasher, cupboards, small table, couch, chair, and TV). Beds were very comfortable, adequate amount of towels. We stayed for 3 nights and did not need to ask for anything.

Location for my purpose of just staying overnight was good, the right side of town. My room location request was honored. I do like a quiet room but request to be close to the entrance was loading convenience.
