The rooms did not have coffee makers! What in the world! The first two days of our stay there was a leak due to pipe issues on the third floor. YIKES!

I loved the spa time. My daughter , mom and I. Had facials and a massage! Outstanding! I loved that the resort was centrally located to great shopping and restaurants.

I think that the dining options were okay, but some other resorts have a more impressive bar area.

It’s an older property that need some updating like online orders and key pads instead of actually key cards. Also the spa jacuzzi and sauna room were somewhat small. Also, the quiet room in the spa wasn’t so quiet because of several women talking a lot. Lastly, you could only do room service for one of the restaurants and not for all the restaurants that were located on the property.

The staff was extremely accommodating and the spa/massage was more than great!!!

Service in Cotton & Rye could have been better. The server could have been more attentive. Even though the rooms were spacious, I didn’t particularly care for the mattress.

The resort was beautifully decorated during the holiday season. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. Riverside Hearth had a great breakfast buffet.

Pet fee $100 for one night! Couldn’t sit by the pool Sunday morning with my coffee and relax, doors closed off from the gym area.

I gave up on using valet. Took too long. But it was really easy to just park myself. Please stock Drambuie at the bar.

We primarily chose to stay at the Lansdowne Resort for the pool amenities. Unfortunately, two of the four outdoor pools were closed entirely and the waterslide was closed most of the time. The lifeguard on duty and the assistant manager, Daniel, were very pleasant and helpful. The other manager was less than accommodating and kept the waterslide pad locked. This detracted from what would otherwise have been an excellent stay. The resort should increase staffing during the week to allow greater use of outdoor amenities. The other stay members were all very friendly and helpful. The fitness center is excellent and very well maintained. The lounges with fireplaces are very nice.

The pool was a good set up but needed to be cleaned inside and outside. The bathrooms too needed attention. We were the first there on Sunday morning and the floors were dirty, trash full, and toilets not cleaned

They charge for parking. Seems odd considering you are not using a garage or in the city. Honestly it felt tacky to charge the added fee on top of the room charge + resort fees.

The property is really nice. It offers nice amenities; pools, gym, spa, golf, bikes, etc. Very quite location close to Leesburg and beautiful wineries.
