Every thing was ok except for the hotel pillows they were to soft

There weren't extra towels or any pool towels. They lock the breasfast room after breakfast so there is really no place in the lobby to sit. We like to play cards so.... Also the pool was very cold, and very chlorinated, my daughters hair turned green.

The check in at 3 and check out at 11, and breakfast until 10 was nice for our night owl family. Breakfast staff was wonderful.

Cleaning product smell in the room, pretty dusty, worn furniture....it was half the cost of other hotels in the area, though, so there was that.

Breakfast was great. Location and cost was perfect for a conference at Lansing Center.

Finishing my report on what I like. The rude girl would not give me any less charge from my room that was on the 3rd floor when I request the first floor. The reason I ask that was because I a ( disabled 71 year old woman).

1, cleaner rooms, 2. Have your printer that you have in you lobby to be able to work for your people that stay they to be able to loose. I told your people at the desk for you day shift that you printer was out of blank ink. Then handed him the cartridge. Only to be told that they don't have any more printer ink. This same person that I ask for a late check out tild me he would give me till 12 noon. Only to be tild by you night crew ( female) that she will have a talk with him because he was suppose to give till 11:30 am not noon. But sence he told ne noon then she has to allow that. I believe she was the boss over the people who work at the front desk. She was not a very polite or curious person what so ever. If she don't like her job she needs to get a new job. I travel alot in my life time but when I get to people ( one don't know anything concering his job.) The other ( Girl, need to lean how to talk to the customers). I will not be staying there again no dought about it. I will be turning this into head corporate so they can take care of this. The rooms are out dates with furniture that is ripped and falling apart. Cleaning needs to know how to make up there King size beds. The sheet do not fit a king size bed it would fit a queen size bed. Sorry for sounding so bitchy but I feel you needed to know what exactly happen to me in my 3 night stay. I only pay $148.?? For the first 2 nights. But handed to add on one more night due to the very bad weather that we got the night before. The weather was reporting to the public in the Lansing area ( if you do not absolutely not have to go out doors and drive the roads please stay in. Sorry I reported everything on ( What did you like). I ended up having to stay one more night due to the bad weather. Only to end up having to pay almost $100.00 just for that 1 extra day.

Room was right next to elevator. Really loud banging whenever it came to the 3rd floor. Headboard is against the same wall as elevator so maybe switch the room around and it will be better

The pool area was freezing. No heat multiple people complained and was told maintenance will come and never did .was told that the heat was on, but the heat themoter didn't even come on at all to even show what the current temperature was.

The breakfast was advertised as continental, and while bagels, waffles, cereal, and coffee were available for all three days of my stay, there were never any eggs, bacon, sausage, or potatoes. I'd hoped for a more filling and diverse selection, but what they did have was at least of consistently good quality.

The staff was excellent and accommodating. The lobby, dining room, and common areas were well kept, and well stocked with coffee and mints. The Wifi was adequate for light work in the morning and evening. Showers were hot and abundant towels were provided.

The living room area of the room carpet was not clean and rooms need a refresh. The bedroom was cleaner.

Carpets were very dirty. Lots of sand on the stairs and the maid was sweeping it up rather than vacuuming it. All I could think was that all of the dust from the stairs was being swept into the air.

The bathtub was well worn and the rooms were rather thin and picked up outside noise easily. All the pillows supplied were feather (I'm allergic ), but one of the night staff happily replaced mine with two polyester pilows. There was no hot water pump pot for tea available with the coffee table at the front area. However, staff did go and bring us cups of hot water when they were available.

The room looked a little aged and worn ... especially the bathroom, but it was quite comfortable. The breakfast was average. All breakfast meat and gravy included pork ... we would have needed some turkey, beef or chicken. The staff members were nice and helpful. The location was great, and close to yummy restaurants like Cheddars. One evening we came in and found hot, fresh chocolate chip cookies being served at the front desk!

The bed didn't have anything over the box springs, the windows were bowed & looked like they would fall in if the wind blew, it didn't open or have a screen. The refrigerator was a giant ice ball, the curtains around hot tub were torn & the rods were taped up, the T.V. speakers were blown.

room was large and clean. housekeeping on request kept interruptions to minimum. pool was a nice surprise and thankfully not heated. Breakfast provided a lot of options. Front desk and late night cleaning staff were very helpful
