You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location was very good, located right near the Macon bypass. Upon check-in, was told breakfast time was 6 AM to 10 AM, when went to have breakfast it was put away. Disappointing.

United States of AmericaDuring checkin we had to wait when no one else was in line. The woman checking our group of 4 adults was not very pleasant. Alarms went off twice during the night. We found out they lost power and regained power a while later. Breakfast was late due to the power outage, which we understood. What we didn’t appreciate is the employee that responded “This is not my fault. I’m not anyone’s slave and I never will be.” Another employee told us breakfast would be in 30 minutes, but when we asked about coffee, she kept saying “in a minute”. We knew we had to be on our way and only wanted coffee to take with us. We never expected both employees to get so upset. As it was, we missed out on a good night’s sleep and had a full day’s drive before we reached our destination.
I was able to book ahead online.

The lady at the front desk greeted us right away and was very friendly. We were surprised to see her again in the morning when we came down for breakfast! Comfy room! Breakfast was great and the staff kept the refills coming in!

Hotel was clean, easy access to restaurant food choices, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was well lit and seemed safe for travelers. Pet friendly but additional fee required which was ok. Breakfast wasn't that great but was ok for the price I paid for this hotel.
