No designated area for dogs to relieve themselves. Insufficient towels for the number of guests. No pool towels and staff has no idea where to get more towels, for the pool or the rooms. And the room bathrooms have no ventilation so stinky smells linger and fogged up mirrors take a long time to clear.

The gym equipment and elevator needs to be updated.

The room and bathroom were clean. We love the dove products in the shower. My boyfriend also loved the two different toilet tissue. One soft and one hard. The breakfast was good. I wish they had fruit. Coffee and tea really good. The staff was very nice along with any employee in the building. I liked the pool and hot tub.

One of the night ladies after 10pm was very rude to my daughter. We went out after 10 the first night with no problems getting back in without our key card. The next night there we went out again after 10pm. The door was locked so the lady at the front desk decided to be very rude to my daughter and yell at her. Telling her that she needed her key card since it was after 10pm. Yes my daughter pushed the button for 5 seconds like it said. The day shift ladies were wonderful Wish there was a better selection for breakfast but wasn't bad. The red sauce in the crocked pot was amazing. Decent experience.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. They had everything turned on, such as the AC and the refrigerator. The room was inviting as you walked thru the door. Bathroom was nice and big Bed was OK but my grandson loved the pull out couch.

We asked for extra towels and extra suitcase holder. Lady at the front desk would not give extra items. My aunt wanted coffee at night and was told that coffee was for breakfast only. Not able to get coffee from lobby.

When I arrived I was checked into the wrong room type when I questioned the staff member she didn’t have any options and did nothing to solve the problem however I went back to the desk during another shift on the same day and the employee solved the problem, she was amazing took the time to listen and fixed the problem at the stroke of a key.

A couple of the outlets in the room were subpar, one of which the outlet cover was coming so far off the wall that you couldn’t use the bottom outlet at all because it wouldn’t reach the actual outlet itself and the other outlet was so loose that nothing would stay plugged into it. The plate of the microwave was also not put in properly and would slide around everywhere and my sister had to fix it herself.

Outdated in some areas of hotel-hotel needs a water fountain that works for hydroflask bottles. Breakfast wasn’t much of a breakfast.

The gym only had 3 cardio machines

I thought the break fast was better than some of the other hotels I stayed at previously. The room was spacious and clean. It was close to food options, very walkable

The hot tub water was green, which i assume means it hasn’t been cleaned recently and coffee during breakfast was so bad that my girlfriend and I had to go to the Starbucks down the street
