You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Husband went for breakfast Saturday at 9 am there was no eggs and not getting refilled and the lady was sitting there playing on her phone. Sunday at 8 am there was no warm food other than waffles. The suite could've had another tv in the bedroom area.
The amount of room we had was amazing. The quietness of the place was serene.

We asked for a non smoking room ....when I walked into the room. I could tell there had been previous smokers booked in the room. I asked for non smoking room due to being allergic to cigarette smoke it cause me health respiratory issues we called the front desk 3-4 times to ask for a different lower level non smoking room but did not get a pick up responce to our call to the front desk. I did express my displeasure the next morning at check out and nanage gave a discoubt to the charge of what the room booked rate was. which was a reasonable fine offer but I still had to deal with the respiratory in my lungs for 3+ after my stay. There is usually a valid reason some asks for a non smoking room and mine being it cuaee me lung and respiratory illness and issues
Breakfast was good pleasant selection and location was great easy to find right off the interstate. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and understanding when I gave my complaint

I was told breakfast would be starting at 6. It was 6:30 when. I left and no sign of any food or eve. Coffee
The young lady in the night shift assisted me with getting me some tea that night and a yogurt. Before I headed to bed.

The beds weren't very comfortable and my daughter's bed was wet at least there were two beds though definitely need a remodel caulking painting. Kind of stale musty smell to the room.
My daughter love the pool. Breakfast was nice.

No carpet. Each time I got out of bed in the evening to use the bathroom, I felt I had to clean the bottom of my feet before I got back in bed, or else I would have brought lots of crumbs in the bed. Never experienced this before. Also, I was not satisfied with the temperature of the hot water. Both I am my spouse felt like we were forced to take cold showers. I definitely did not expect this and was not happy about it.

Leaky shower faucet, non working bath ventilation, a phantom flushing toilet, outlets that only half worked, flickering fluorescent lighting in the bathroom/over the sink, the amount of homeless wandering the parking lot. Potholes filled with loose aggregate vs cold patch, moths all over the room, a unkept pool,and on the last morning bed bugs spotted on both the floor and on the mattress.
I enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the staff there, they made sure to let me know about renovations being made and made sure that i put in any concerns into my review

Breakfast was very limited. Bagels, cereal, and waffles only. The property is very run down, and there is no enforcement of the smoke free property advertisement. the smell of smoke and weed all hours of the day and night was nauseating. There were transients all over and some made their way in to eat breakfast. Multiple occurrences of police activity during our 4 night stay.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
