Furniture was very tired looking and beds (king in the bedroom and pull out sofa) were not new or supportive. Stairwell had really strong terrible smell.

Size of the room was great. We had a suite with a one bedroom. Was really nice to have a kitchenette. We were originally concerned about the distance from Seattle, but the car ride wasn't long and it was easy access to get there. We ended up being happy with the location!

A little out of the way, but good for the value. Dated in styling, but still very functional.

Very comfortable bedding and spacious rooms. The 5pm cookies and continental breakfast were a nice addition. Cozy wooded view from the window. Super friendly staff made us feel welcome.

The toiletries, like hand soap, were out of a dispenser and very little came out at a time and they were low quality. The bathroom and room could definitely use some updating.

The hotel is older but it was clean and the room was large. It was nice having a separate bedroom.

The curtains would close properly and made it hard to have enough privacy and darkness. Great kitchen but they didn’t have enough supplies ( plates,utensils, etc.) for the parties in the room.

That it had a small kitchen to prepare meals. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great.

We were booked 6 nights and never had the bed made up, never fresh towels, or garbage dumped.

The help of the staff when needing the room extra nights because of a family member in hospital. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were quiet.

The check-in person was new; and she wasn’t very clear. Oh well… however, the next day she was at the desk again: we didn’t have soap in our room so I asked her to have the dispensers refilled. She took issue: just soap? Or shampoo? I suggested both since shampoo didn’t come out very well… when we got back that night, we had 2 bars of soap on the counter. No one made the bed or exchanged the towels on the floor. Also, then the front door handle came loose; and the phone didn’t work. So back to the desk to let them know about the handle (I could just imagine it falling off and we wouldn’t be able to get out.). Anyhow, there were a lot of little things that went wrong (and I’m not going to talk about the breakfast system🙄). Fortunately, the events we were in town for were amazing and the hotel was really just a place to sleep

A lamp did not work. It was not fixed during the 7 days we were there. Floors were not clean enough. They had been mopped regularly, but dirty residue was still on the floors. Ice machine was out of service one day.

Sofabed was terribly uncomfortable. The rooms are very worn down. Housekeeping only comes when ordered.

There was coffee downstairs all day long and a coffee machine in the room. These are no longer amenities one can take for granted. The rooms were roomy. The fridge and stove clean. Staff was great. It was easy to get in and out of with a car, near shopping but be aware that nothing is within walking distance. They do have some small snacks and personal care items for purchase in the lobby.
