Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pool was so nice and it's located on the 6th floor, which was very nice, we didn't have to walk through the casino in our swimwear.

Make you roast yourself to death at the swimming pool unless you pay for some shade. Very very bad way of upselling clients. No escaping the music at any of the pools either. Lacks a bit of atmosphere versus Encore/Wynn and the acoustics or the restaurants in the resort are terrible
Really nice spacious rooms. Good AC with fresh air without any noise. Casino was nice and bright. Every hotel is a trade off. This one is generally a pretty good one.

Would like to have a kettle in the room and housekeeping to be more observant to details( like refill empty shower gel, empty bins).
Quite big room ,nice view of the Strip, great location and plenty of facilities. We liked the casino facilities-lot of slot machines. Very nice stay ,highly recommended.

This time round there was a football game so a lot of college students were staying at the hotel as well. I wouldn't mind it normally but there was screaming in the hallways at 3am, and when we tried to get the elevator upstairs they kept coming in groups and asking to go up alone which made us wait longer to have access to our room. It just felt like the hotel didn't have a hold on the situation and it was super loud/and not a deluxe experience as you'd associate Resorts World with normally.
I love the location, there's so many great food options and The District is incredible! We also love using their Spa, Awana - probably one of the best places for relaxation, incredible spa facilities and massages. In addition, we loved the view from our room which was of the Pool and Strip combined - we got to see The Sphere from it, and were reminded of how fun this city is! We also loved the fact that the hotel itself is super clean, staff are friendly and facilities are top notch. 100% would recommend.

The location was great, along the main street in Las Vegas. The view of the city from the room or the pool was awesome. The beds were so comfy to sleep in. We like that there were multiple water refillable stations within the premises, promoting sustainability. There is also free parking with membership.

The room was spacious with a great view. Everything was clean, newish and comfortable. We usually try to spend less time in hotel room and more out exploring, but in this case we really took our time and enjoyed the hotel as well.

We expected a sauna after the gym which was available thru the spa for a price of 130 $ per person !!!!!!!!!!!!!
We've been moved to the Conrad in fact ! Which was ok or even better The room was very quiet and comfortable with a view on the strip The fitness room was awsome !! Ther swiming pool was nice and relaxing!

The feeling that we are in a shopping mall, but I suppose this is normal for Vegas. I am sure not all hotels are like this, coz we got a better experience from Tuscany. The hotel was close to nothing, the parking was free, but you needed to do a kind of registration for a card at the casino, the restaurants were way too fast food for the idea of large hotel/casino type of accomodation.
Our room and bathroom were large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, the beds as well. We had a sofa and a fridge.
