Comfortable room, they had little extras to make you comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. Parking was convenient and close to the rooms.

It was very moisturizing so all our things smells like a swamp when we were gone. There where people drinking in the pool and no supervisor so it went on.

The pool was nice with enough beds. The balcony was perfect. The housekeeping was very kind!

The pool was okay, but a little noisy because of the traffic on Roosevelt. The elevator was out one day, but was repaired pretty quick.

The rooms were decorated nicely. Very fresh and clean. Loved the kitchenette, and the view of the water.

The price was a bit high for 1 night. But as is everything these days. Pool very small and cold. But very clean.

Booking.com rate was higher than rate charged by hotel. Hotel offered a day free for 3 days staying and Booking.com did not. Also, front desk indicated that resort fee would have been waived if we had booked with them instead of you. Our stay was $500 more than if we had booked with the hotel. ALSO, your confirmation indicated no additional charges, and we were charged $29 or so resort fee PER DAY. This is on YOU, not the hotel, which was otherwise excellent.

Remote in bedroom did not work. No 'normal size spoons' we had to eat cereal with a 'shovel'. Hair dryer plug got hot enough to burn my finger when I unplugged it. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower at all. It was way past the normal lack of pressure. There were no pot holders to remove hot items from microwave. There were no kitchen dish cloths or towels. There was an amenity charge which drove the price way up over what the price should have been especially since we didn't use any of the amenities. The refrigerator/freezer did not work and had to be fixed. They were very prompt in fixing it. Plenty of parking, but there was a charge for it. With the price as high as it was already, these extra charges made us feel like we were being gouged. Just state the true price and we could have kept looking.

Staff was super friendly. The view of the water just past the traffic. Luxury Robes Provided for two. European style refrigerator/freezer. Balcony. Towels were luxuriously thick. Shower was roomy.

A little far from the downtown area (which we actually liked as it didn’t get too loud or crazy).

Very spacious for our family of 10 (6adults and 4kids). The pool was nice and they have a sister resort down the street that allows you to use their facilities too which was great for the kids (shallow). Resort also allowed unlimited parking spots with the reservation for no extra charge which was also a perk.

Location is kind of remote from all the key west attractions and you can only get there by car, so this is a good accommodation if to do not mind driving everywhere. Secondly, the elevator gets busy, especially in the morning, when there are a lot of room service carts. We needed even to carry our suitcases using the stairs, cause there was a line by the elevator.

I liked the pool, the rooms are really nice and cozy. You get complimentary drinks by the pool.

Not much in the way of restaurants around there unless you go to another hotel. We ate at the Stoned Crab one night which was good. They also have shark feeding.

Was a very nice room. Some covered parking. My husband swam in the pool and said it was warm. Right up around the corner on Roosevelt Street before you get to Hwy 1, is a stop for the hop-on hop-off trolley, where you can park. The ticket booth outside is closed so you have to go to the Concierge in the Hilton to buy tickets. At the time we went, the trolley stopped every 15 minutes. Beats the $7 parking fee in downtown. The only problem is they stop at 5 pm.
