The water pressure and temperature in the showers left a lot to be desired! We took cold showers most nights.

We loved the decor and location. It was very nice! The room was perfect! The amenities were great.

It really bothered me and the rest of my group that housekeeping woke us up at 8am on the day we check out when check out is 11am. That was the only day we were able to sleep in due to work (we worked late for jazz fest) and they kept knocking on our door at 8am. But why??? Then none of us were able to fall back asleep and it ruined my whole morning because we were planning to sleep til 10:30. That really bothered me. Then they came back at 10am knocking and knocking again. Very annoying. Also the front desk staff had attitude when we asked for water. The water jug was empty by the door so how are we supposed to get water? Besides that we enjoyed the amenities and the look and comfort of the hotel.

I liked the location and the luxury aspect.

A few small things like forgetting our room cleaning or overcharging for laundry which we haven’t received back yet - but we would still recommend the hotel.

There was a foul order that never went away, even after being sprayed. Also, for the last two days there were some sort of little Nat like things flying around in the bathroom, which I never reported, and not to mention that darn shower door 😖

We were charged 15$/day for wifi, which is unbelievable in 2024. No one told us it was not free at check-in. The hotel was way too expensive for the services it offers.

Had to switch rooms during our stay. The first room smelled horrible and wasn’t turned over very well. The front desk did comp our breakfast for our stay, that was a nice gesture.

Lack of service, had to call for coffee refill everyday, had to ask for TP and towels. The service was lack.

Our beds were comfy. The room was actually quiet for being in the city. Close to canal street and the street car. Close to everything.

The hotel was clean and the staff very nice, restaurant food was good and the price was decent, bathroom was small but very clean and first part of the night was noisy, but the room was comfortable.

My room was nice, however the closet smelled as if someone had urinated in it. I notified the front desk to come check and clean it but no one ever did. My trip was just an overnight trip to celebrate my son's birthday. So by the time we noticed the smell it was late in the day after we had been out all day.

Mr. Tourey, the valet attendee was the first smiling face to great me. I enjoyed talking to him. He made me feel welcomed my entire trip abd made sure my car was taken care of. The breakfast was a perfect ending to our trip. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The Hostess and waiter did an great job attending to my sons and I. The hotel is beautiful. My hotel view was beautiful.

I didn't like the shower situation. I felt like I was in a gym. The water was all over the floor the space was narrow. The bed was really low. So low that the head rest was very uncomfortable. It was very hard to lean back and read or watch tv.

The location is good close to everything! I love the view out the window it was nice. The hotel is clean and very well kept. I liked they handle the parking for you. The price was good considering the location.

The furniture in the suite was worn. Definitely needed some updating.

Great location. 10 minute walk to the French Quarter. Right across the street from Mother’s Restaurant. The executive king suite was huge with amazing 180 degree view of the city.
