We reported each day that the bathroom sink was plugged and drained very very slowly. It was fixed the FOURTH day. This was disappointing.

The room temperature was too cold and bedding not heavy enough. We couldn’t adjust the temperature to heat not cool but didn’t ask for help with this.

The security guard kind of pushed his way into the hotel with us when were returning at night without any identification, and he was pretty short and rude about us asking who he was. I was worried that if he wasn't supposed to be there I might be held liable since technically I let him in. I don't think it was really his fault (other than the rudeness) since another office staff member later told us the guard didn't have a key card into the building, but it made for a very uncomfortable moment for all of us. The hotel needs to provide staff with access to the building other than following guests in.

Very comfortable, loved the location, mostly very friendly staff. The building was beautifully decorated and really matched the vibe of the French quarter perfectly. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning.

Hotel location was very convenient and near most French Quarter attractions, and close to public transportation RTA street car, Jackson Square, etc.

Being it is an older building that’s been updated, it still was not as sound proof as more modern hotels. The hallways are loud because there are wood floors and there is no carpet to absorb the noise from other guests in the hallway. We could also hear the TV and alarm clock from the room next to ours. But everyone was respectful and kept the noise to a minimum. Small trade off for the wonderful ambiance of the hotel.

The staff and hotel are awesome. The room was large and comfortable. I loved the big oversized chairs and table in the room. The bed was very comfortable and bathrooms are updated and modern. We had access to a large balcony and loved the French Quarter feel of this beautiful hotel.

The location was perfect.....in the Quarter edge, enough to be quiet, but within walking distance to everything. The staff was super friendly.

The room was a part of a family suite and has a door that connects with another room. The isolation was poor so we hear everything from the next room.

Price for parking was a bit to high I feel.

Perfect location int he middle of French quarter. Good size of the room and bathroom. All freshly refurbished. Good internet coverage and stability. All good.

Hallway needs rugs to reduce noise a bit. Beds were just ok.

Nice quiet location, parking is safe and enclosed! Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Very clean rooms!
