Everything. The staff was warm and welcoming. The location was perfect because close enough to walk everywhere but far enough for the late night action that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. And just a block away from an amazing cafe that had delicious coffee and food

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bar in the hotel because we wanted a drink but didn't want to go to a bar outside.

The safe did not work and there was no coffee shop so had to go out every morning for coffee and breakfast

Housekeeping was a little forgetful with replacing cups in the kitchen. And also forgetting to supply toilet paper.

Location, pool, it was nice to have the bar open. Staff was very friendly. Location was quieter than most hotels in the quarter.

I am uncertain that I recall, but I believe that our room did not have a chair or table -- typically as found in hotel rooms for relaxing or for doing work.

We especially liked the location, at the "quieter" end of the French Quarter, and just a couple blocks away from Frenchmens Street. I also enjoyed the hotel's pool and patio area.

The decor was tired. Also, we would have appreciated a microwave in the unit along with the refrigerator. There was one in the room off the pool.

The location was excellent. While still being in the French quarter, we were close to the main road for an n easy 2 mile walk to jazz fest. Very comfortable bed and friendly staff.

There was nothing to dislike.

It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was spacious with a really big closet, but above all clean. The pool area was a plus!! Also, having the front doors locked and only accessible for guests staying during the night hours was a great touch that I had never experienced before..I loved it!!!

Having access to food would have been an advantage, but the cafe down the street was excellent.

Would have loved a small cafe for breakfast and coffee.

The location was quiet but still close to everything. Loved being so close to Frenchman Street. The room was large, bed was comfortable, loved the walk in closet. The room and entire hotel was very, very clean.

Parking fee is a bit pricey since it is owned by the hotel. It should be free. No option for breakfast during that period but there is a superb café at the back of the hotel and coffee is proper barista and a great choice of food.

Location is just perfect. A few blocks away from all the activity of French Quarter in a quiet street and stone throw from Frenchmen street - a must street to check out in the evening. A hotel with character i.e. wooden floor boards but with everything one need. All super clean

No negatives

It was clean and comfortable. The pool was relaxing to sit around with lounge chairs, tables and towels always available. I love this area of the Quarter. It’s quieter but still so close to everything. The staff was excellent. They always greeted us while we were coming and going. Tyler was amazing. We arrived late because of delays and he was sitting outside waiting for us and helped get our stuff in. He called a cab when we were leaving and waited outside with us for it to come. We had just come off a hectic cruise with grandchildren and this hotel was a perfectly calm and relaxing environment. I always felt secure and safe.
