Bathroom fan was broken and part left sitting on sink. Small pieces of plaster on bathroom floor. Not one sheet of toilet paper! We arrived on a very cold day. Front door not airtight and cold air blew on keeping dining area and living room area too cold. No access to a broom, dust pan to sweep up plaster in bathroom or sand tracked in. We were unfamiliar with type of coded key pad on door. Took way too much time to try to open. Renters should be send instructions on this type of lock. Does code need to be so many numbers??

Location. Walking distance to beach Shower worked well and towels are good quality. One restaurant next door. Good variety of restaurants within couple miles.

The only thing we were confused about was we thought we were getting either a queen or King size bed and it was only a double.

We were able to meet the owner who asked about our stay. He was very nice and listened to my suggestion for a broom and dustpan. Also a gallon tea pitcher would have been helpful. We rate this facility excellent! I would stay here again!!

There was no meals provided but we had a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and dishwasher.

The outside building was very run down. I made my guest go up and view the inside because if the inside looked like the outside I would demand a different property, I guess as the saying goes, " Don't Judge a Book by It's Cover", this fit that perfectly.

The inside was well equipped with full kitchen utensils. Washer and Dryer available. Beach Towels and plenty of bath towels. Easy access to the beach.

The property, we felt, was a little run down. It needs a major outside face lift and a good pressure washing. There were mouse and rat droppings on our porch that clearly had been there for a while. A rat would visit the porch every evening as soon as it would get dark. One evening it climbed down the wall of our condo inches away from me and scared the living hell out of me. For that reason we had to keep the porch light on all night long. Inside the apartment we saw cockroaches on five different occasions. It wasn’t a cockroach infested apartment but an occasional sighting in two weeks (two in the hallway; one-on the kitchen counter, which was the reason for us keeping all food items in the fridge); one-in the bathtub and one on the bathroom countertop.

The location is wonderful. The condo faces a canal and it’s very peaceful. We loved having coffee in the morning looking at the canal and watching the fish jump and birds dive down to catch fish.

The bed is pretty bad— we are unable to sleep… a couple of other nitpicky things: the toilet paper is located in an odd position that prevents lifting and lowering the toilet seat cover without hitting it— it is just too close to the toilet! The shower head is too low, especially for my husband who is over 6’ tall.

We came back because we love this little place—the view of the water from the kitchen/living area, and proximity to the beach. The fishing! We didn’t get to fish last time, so we came prepared with our fishing rods this time!

Néed more toilet paper one roll for four adults is not enough. I had to call for the code to the lockbox, it was incorrect in the email. Then we had to go through several codes on the phone in order to get the lockbox open. Directions on how to operate the TV would be nice.

Great location for all we wanted to see and do. Very clean and no bugs.

My family needed to use the pull out couch as an additional bed. The blankets I believe for the bed could be found in the master suite; however they smelled like a dog had been laying on them. The locks on the back sliding glass doors were damaged. Because we were on the 1st floor it was super concerning that anyone could have just opened the doors. Last their were a lot of gnats in the unit.

The location was really good. I also enjoyed that I had a view of the water. That was pretty neat to see. I also enjoyed the size of the kitchen space. The master suite I do also feel was an appropriate size.

The booking process was nothing short of false advertisement. It was advertised as $86 per night, and I understand some taxes and fees, but the final charge was over $250, including a $110 cleaning fee for ONE NIGHT. And in the booking process, the increase in the total was hidden off to the side of where to enter info. Very sleazy advertising and I was VERY upset to see the final cost.

Birds in the Chimney waking us up every morning at 4am. House keeping banging on the door at 9am. And then coming back at 1030. They need to leave people alone.

The room was clean. View was nice. Deck was nice. Pier was nice. Birds In the chimney. Bad housekeeping manners. Didn't sleep well all weekend.

There was some yellowish shredded material coming from underneath the bathroom door leaving a mess on the floor. When arriving, opening the door and when leaving the property, locking the door was difficult. Parking lots was always full.

Could never retrieve the keys. Was able to get the door key pad to open once. We could not secure the condo when we left. Thank goodness for the neighbors who kept an eye out. Wifi didn't work, network listed on welcome card did not exist. Had to go next door and ask another guest to use their password and network name and that worked just fine.

location was perfect...5 minute walk to the beach. Minutes from dining and national seashore which is fantastic!
