Dog pissing in stairway! Dog poop all over the property, owners don’t clean up.

I liked that it had a kitchen.

The maintence man was very rude! He Banged on our door at 10:52 to get out! We were not being loud or anything his excuse was that they were short staffed and needed to start cleaning now. Even though we got an extension to checkout at 11:30. Not sure why he was so angry but he came off very hostile. And only because of him will I never book again

It didn’t really have a breakfast like it seemed. Our bathroom was not clean and there was a hook on the wall that kept falling off. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. And there was no shower curtain on the shower which between that and the door made it hard for my daughters to be comfortable showering due to we had their brother and dad with us.

The location was good for what we were there for. The owner called me day of our check in to let me know an issue with the room and how he was giving us a roll away bed for free of charge for our stay. And it was close to restaurants.

The first thing that surprised us was ny husband being asked to provide photo id after I was the one who booked the room and had already shown my driver's license. He could not figure out why he had to show his ID, too. The breakfast area was run down, counter top "torn" which looked shabby. The coffee was empty when I came down from the room at 8 AM. I had to fine the manager he let him know it was out and he told me to wait, he would make more. It took awhile, I was told to be patient. Very sparse food offerings, oatmeal in a paper cup and granola bars, muffins all out but manager replenished when I mentioned it. It was not what I expected compared to other hotels but for the price of the room, it was OK. I usually make coffee in the room so was disappointed not to have that available in the morning.

Comfortable bed, friendly greeting when arrived, provided packet of toothpaste which I forgot in my overnight bag The room was a nice size but no bedside table except for one side of bed.

Cleanliness.. we always check the mattress before bed looking for bugs. (We do this everywhere) and the were pieces of shredded CHEESE under the mattress?! How does this happen? Plus it makes you question the sheets. How was that not noticed? Other than the free dairy it was a nice stay.

as a single woman I was a bit concerned when I arrived and there were 4 or 5 men hanging around outside on their phones. I was also a bit taken back by the two woman who left through the lobby when I arrived.

The elevator was out our entire stay which meant four flights of stairs. No Breakfast offered and the AC leaked and soaked the floor. Also had to get five sets of keys before they noticed the door's battery was dead.

people where sleeping in the hallways on the floor, very loud, trash cans of trash lined in the corner against the wall in the hall, electricity in my room tripped couldn’t iron clothes had to go to another room just to iron clothing at 8am! NO breakfast as we were told, light switch for lamps didn’t work on the walls bulbs were blown in lamps

We did see a few roaches. There was one in the toilet when we checked in, one on wall in the hallway, one on the wall in our room when we started cooking a meal. Didn't make a big deal out of it because it's an extended stay and I know people bring critters with them. Just need to have exterminator in as soon as possible so it doesn't cost them business.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, helped us out so much! Ben, Elle, and Ahmad were so nice!

I have asthma and the halls was very smoky. The first night on the 2nd floor weed and the next night on the 3rd floor heavy cigarette smoke. When I brought it the the front desk attention I was told it was nothing they can do about it. I had a asthma attack the second night because the hallway was that smoky. I ended up not feeling good all night so the stay sucked

There is no breakfast so I don't know why it say it is.
