Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaLandscaping needs some water.
This place caters to families and I would not stay here unless I was with mine. The little Lego houses are really cute and there is a playground outside where you can sit on your porch and watch the kids. The pool has a “beach entrance” so great for little ones with floating legos in it. They even have life vests. They also have a “potty” attachment on the toilets in the room. The food is fine - but they have a full bar. There is also a Publix right outside the hotel grounds which is a quick drive. You get parking at Legoland with your stay and it’s right across the street - very easy!! There is a shuttle as well.

United States of AmericaThe service in the Skyline restaurant was hands down the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My server came to the table once, ordered our drinks and the kids meal. And he never came back to take our order. Therefore my husband and I didn’t get to eat dinner. When we spoke to the manager he got a bday dessert for my son, and the server never came and brought us plates, or napkins. I had to ask the hostess to bring them over. We also never were served any water, resulting in us being rather thirsty. The server(Jose) never asked how we were, and never came back to our table after we asked for the manager. By the time we paid, all the other food was closed. I had to order pizza from a local bar, just so I could have some dinner. Besides that the stay was great. Our breakfast server was wonderful, attentive, and I saw her more in the first 5 minutes than I did the other guy. If I was his manager I would fire him.
Loved the kids bunk beds. The decor in room was super cute. The breakfast is family style. They bring you a platter for the table to share. It was very good.

SwedenStayed here many times since we have annual passes at Legoland and the staff is always very nice and welcoming except this time- very rude front desk staff that could not find my booking and tried to charge/ reserve deposit twice. Do better with you front desk staff, it’s the most important you have to keep guest coming. Not sure if I want to go again because of this experience.
The drinks in the restaurant is great, play area and pool is fantastic! Very close to entrance

United States of AmericaMade my sons dream come true!!!! im glad i was able to get a good rate for the room! The pirate room theme and treasure chest items were a big hit for my kids. The staff were very friendly and kind. My son wanted milk late night and although the kitchen was already closed the staff member went to the back and gave us a small milk container. The pajama party was a lot of fun and entertaining! breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausages, bacon and lego waffles! its family style and they bring you a big platter with the items to your table! Overall, had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning when I find another discount for the hotel! the legoland theme park is just a steps away from the hotel!!!!
