Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe hotel Bricks restaurant dinner food was bad. Most of the food tasted like it came from a can and it was expensive. I would not mind paying if the food was really good.
We liked the rooms the decorations all around, and the staff. The place is great for a family vacation. We loved the pool, the whole experience was really cool, the complementary breakfast was really good and that made it a really great deal with the room.

United States of AmericaFood could be better and the walls were pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors if they’re noisy.
Party in the elevator!! Music and disco ball when the elevator starts to move. Kids treasure hunt in the room. Complimentary waters and juice during your stay. Legos bricks were available in each room for the kids to play with. Free lego movies to watch.

United States of AmericaThe food is terrible and extremely overpriced for what it is.
Very fun, family-friendly hotel. Great place for little kids. All of the staff we encountered was very nice. The hotel uses a text messaging system if you have any questions during your stay and I found that very helpful.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was clean, but to keep up with the volume of kids, it needs to be vacuumed and cleaned more in shared spaces. The rooms were nice and decently clean, but not ideal. I loved the separate space for kids to sleep but would have liked a curtain of folding door to close off from the kids.
Location is great. Keeping in mind that the resort is geared toward kids to enjoy legos-it's perfect. For an adult, the food is definitely lacking and the prices are very high. I wish there were some more daytime activities for kids when it's rainy. It would be great if the pajama dance party was held earlier in the night. They don't lack in bringing the magic. The kids loved their stay and that's really what matters!

United States of AmericaWe had a lot of fun in resort and playground. The only problem was the music. Small playlist and everywhere including restaurant and elevator. We hear the same songs thousands of times. So boring, especially in the restaurant, which should be a place to take a break and eat in peace. My son was so scared of the elevator and we had to take the stairs all the time (4 floors) :/ The music and lights is fun, but sometimes it scares the little ones. It should be a good if they have a elevator without loud music and lights.

United States of AmericaSome of the staff did not appear to be as welcoming as others. There were only 2 workers, but overall did not hinder the trip (example, being short with the kids during the Creative workshop at the hotel if they weren’t getting where the pieces went right away). The price of drinks was also significant, and did not align with the cost of the food
The breakfast was excellent and we were lucky to have the same server, Patti, all three mornings! She was wonderful and really put effort into getting to know our family. She had our drink orders memorized by the last day! The park was also very clean and felt safe. They offered a lot of interactive and physical rides!

United States of AmericaI wish they have more food options, very pricey but only a few foods. The 2 restaurants have more or less the same foods and needs more room for guests. long waiting room for breakfast.
most of the staff were very accomodating, Ida was so patient and answered all my questions. She said the room was ready and we were able to check-in very early at 11am. Kids would love this place, many kid-friendly activities inside the hotel.

United States of AmericaThe dinner was very disappointing, the restaurant seemed empty and we had made reservations but the service was very slow and the food came out undercooked. The Florida Legoland hotel had funny lego security footage on the TV's when you came into your room, this hotel didn't. It's a small detail but my son really enjoyed it at the other hotel so we were looking forward to it again
The breakfast and our server was excellent. My child had a blast playing in the hotel and we enjoyed our time here very much.
