Included breakfast have only 5 positions, so if you plan to stay more than 7days it will be monotonous. The walls are very thin, so if you hit a family that can't behave, or partygoers, it can be a problem.

Personel was very friendly, breakfast included was superior quality in terms of South Beach standards (you can't compare mid price hotels to European standards). In my opinion rooms looks better in real than in booking photos. The heated pool was great to play with kiddo. South Beach is super expensive, so in my opinion Leslie is great in terms price vs quality over here. The rooms are super clean and cleaned daily.

The sign was terrible inside the room

Pool, great shade and blob spots, lovely that they installed speakers when I was there, shame an aggressive lady guest played her play list through them on blue tooth dining loudly! The restaurant had a great menu and a heap of taxes on top, but still one of the better in this part of town, the room was good for an old building. Nice to look out onto ocean drive! The bread that comes with the room isn’t a buffet but a very limited menu, still sufficient but the pics on booking.com show a buffet.

I wish there was a parking agreement in place with the local garage, that you can book when you reserve the room.. my husband had to drop us and park over half a mile away as everywhere was full.

a beautiful hotel with the perfect location, straight across the road from the beach in the art deco district. the roof top pool is wonderful with gorgeous views of the sea. the rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and good showers. if you have booked with breakfast included,the choice seems small compared to the rest of the menu but it is beautifully prepared and delicious! the Terrance is a great place to sit to eat and watch the world go by. the wait staff are fabulous especially needing to mention Catalina and Agata! you certainly feel special staying here a great way to finish our vacation!

Rooms are a bit small. 3 people with two suitcases and not even enough cabinet space for 1 suitcase. If you have a short stay with just carry on, it’s not an issue.

Good location. You are very close to the “happenings” of Ocean Drive, but still far enough not to have the noise and traffic which you would have 2 blocks further down. Cant be better.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are confortable, with large beds and bathroom. It is located just in front of the beach access. The staff is very friendly and provides you towells, seat and umbrella for all the family. The restaurant is good. The roof pool is awesome, including Jacuzzi :) I would highly recommend this hotel and come back as soon as we can. There is a public parking 2 minutes walking (20$/day). Everything was perfect for us.

As one of the star hotels on the boulevard, we felt like royalty. It was beautiful and iconic. What more could you ask for?! The hot tub was a plus and being so close to the beach was stellar. Highly recommend.

Receptionist behaviour handling customers not good, as soon as I stepped into hotel she thought I came to use restroom and told me to use restroom outside hotel, infact I came from airport to the hotel to check in, which i didn’t feel comfortable with rude behaviour

Wardrobe space in the room was very limited, and room was quite dark and not enough plug sockets. Also though there would be USB sockets available.

Restaurant and hotel are separated. Despite super delicious breakfast one cannot compensate it in case of absence, nor for lunch packet or anything else (maybe just due to unwillingness of the staff).

The room was very small and the sink was in the room rather than in the bathroom.

The location was perfect, the staff were very nice, and the attached restaurant was excellent. The rooftop pool was a nice amenity.

Expense hotel with no parking space. A valet service was provided

Strategic position: crossing the road and the garden you reach the beach. The center (Miami beach) is full of shopping stores and restaurants, it can be reached by walking distance (10 minutes) The room (not so big) was clean with large bathroom. Very good breakfast: fruit, cereals but also pancakes, eggs, bacon and an excellent cappuccino. The hotel provides everything for the beach: chairs, umbrella and towels. Staff super nice.
