We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOur bed was extremely uncomfortable. the mattress was broken down or too soft and the pillows were also. Every time one of us tried to move during the night, the other would be bounced around and disturbed.
the staff was really nice and helpful any time we needed anything or were just walking through. All of the facilities we used were clean and accessible. The breakfast was good !

United States of AmericaThe room felt stuffy the entire stay even with AC. The pillows were small, about the size of throw pillows, and very uncomfortable. The bed was decent. The indoor pool was freezing but hot tub was nice and hot.
The check in procedure was very easy and smooth. Maribel was very kind and welcoming. The room was of good size and very clean. The breakfast was stocked and good choices of waffles, oatmeal, small breakfast pastries, juices/coffee, eggs and some sort of breakfast meat that changed every morning.

Should be posted so customers can plan for this, especially if your on a budget so know we have to wait for hotel to refund back.

United States of AmericaThe downside is that this hotel has the absolute worst cable system I’ve ever seen. Most of the channels they say they have, they don’t. And, the ones they do have, most of those are channels that no one really watches on a regular basis. If you desire to stay in your room for any amount of time, you better have a book.

United States of AmericaThe hot tub and pool were ice cold. The tv had about 5 channels to chose from. Our room was located near the front office/ check in desk, there was an alarm on the front door that would ring so loud we could not get a restful sleep.
The breakfast was good. The room was really clean and set up well.

I worked in my room and the housekeeping team was willing to work around me to make sure the room was cleaned with fresh towels.

United States of AmericaTV only received a very grainy signal for HBO, all other channels were non-existent or the obviously digital signal was so pixelated as to make it unwatchable. I have 2 children (so you can see how that could be a The Fan on the AC would not shut off, yes I tried selecting “off” several times so by around 3am I could have dry aged a side of beef in my room! “Hot” water was lukewarm at best and had an odor I couldn’t identify. At Check-in I was charged for the room and then my card was pre-authorized $100 for “incidentals” but when pressed the desk clerk couldn’t tell me what those might be. I am aware it will un-pre authorized but that usually takes 10-14 working days. 👎
