United States of AmericaRoom was not clean upon arrival. Sink and floor were dirty. Only 2 towels available, 4 people were staying in the room. The 2 towels were stained bad. I went and was able to get additional towels, the owner was nice, but his spouse was very rude the next day when I once again had to go get additional towels because after cleaning the room, house keeping only left 2 towels again.
Location is great for me. We were visiting friends and they live less than five minutes from the hotel. Food is available near by from several different restaurants. Pet friendly.

You get a very comfortable room for the amount it cost everything is great for the price. Housekeeping kept up on the room everyday mandatory every Thursday they come in and do a nice deep clean for an Extended Stay it was fantastic especially for the price very understanding very nice they communicate well my stay was very pleasant

When an employee of ours fell on hard times we felt compelled to help so we rented him a room at the rate of $400 for 7 days until we could find him something MUCH BETTER. I'm positive I reserved him a smoking room also but the owners have had an issue with him going outside to smoke and then returning to his room making him move room 2 or 3 times and harassing him for simply smoking a cigarette outside. Pretty ridiculous when someone is looking at paying you $1,600 a month for a twin bed, bathroom, microwave and mini fridge. Thankfully we found him something much cheaper and in a MUCH BETTER environment (if you catch my drift) lots of zombie like individuals hanging around and not to mention people living in the woods behind the hotel and coming out. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

United States of AmericaI had a reservation for a non smoking room and small service dog. And a comformation plus a pin from booking. -bottom floor. When we arrived, they said they only had 2nd floor smoking room due to my pet. After explaining the my service dog is not considered a 'pet'. And that the smell of a smoking room could affect me, and that I made sure to let them know when I made the reservation before hand. The owner did come around and honor it.he was very accommodating.
The owner went out of his way to honor our reservation. He was very nice.

United States of AmericaDidn't like anything at this Lodge. We stayed in room 227 and it was very gross and disgusting. I booked a non-smoking room but yet they put me in a smoking room, it was terrible. Cigarette burns on the carpet as well as cigarette Burns all over the bathtub, disgusting stains everywhere, couldn't even walk on the carpet without my socks because it felt so gross. Smoke alarm was hanging from the wires off the wall, room did not look clean and smelled awful, I was almost afraid to sleep on the bed for what I might find! I finally did sleep on the bed and it was very uncomfortable. It looks like some people may live there because as we walked to the steps, there were toys as well as trash on the ground around it, empty chip bags and Etc. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, motels, cabins, lodges, Etc. And overall I'm going to have to say this is the worst room I have ever stayed in and will not be returning there! The price for one night was ridiculous, especially the conditions of this place. I spoke to the front desk attendant about it, and she acted like she could care less. Very ugly and outdated and I was very disappointed. So overall I would actually write this place a zero.
