The location was perfect. Very close to Union square, green, blue and yellow subway stops. Ideal to visit Manhattan.

Lack of microwave and fridge. Would have been handy. Little dining table was awkward. However I would stay here again as the location, cleanliness, safety and service was fantastic.

Excellent location. I spent the first part of my trip on my own as my partner was working in a different state. I found it safe at night and easy to get to from public transport. The Friends experience is literally 3 minutes away. The room was fine, no microwave or fridge as space in nyc is limited. Can get coffee and tea any time for free (although as it’s the USA you should tip). For a couple space was ok, slightly more room than what we had in places like Tokyo. Just enough room for two luggages.

First day had problem with clogged sink, but staff took care of it right away. The stay was very enjoyable because the surroundings appeared safe and clean. Mostly liked bc of location.

There's no refrigerator or microwave in the room but if you need a refrigerator staff will put it in the refrigerator for you you just have to remember to get it

The hotel and its accommodations are clean, accompanied by a really friendly staff. It is situated conveniently close to a subway station, and ideal for exploring Manhattan on foot. Continental breakfast is provided, and for quick snacks, there's a great bodega and corner store nearby. Bagels & Schmear was our favorite, which is a couple of blocks away. An excellent value for a Manhattan boutique hotel, I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Overpriced for the actual offer in terms of rooms and breakfast. Little food for breakfast, no variety. Breakfast served in the lobby, there is no separate eating area. Quite noisy, little soundproof isolation. They give earplugs upon arrival, which are helpful during the night. Still, noise from the road and other rooms can be heard distinctly during the day.

I thought the hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was quite nice and accommodating. They offered a continental breakfast though I didn't get a chance to eat it. The only thing I would change is the parking options and the balcony was a bit unfinished. Overall, great stay. Great location!

The room was very small and squishy. As we were travelling internationally with 2 big suitcases and lots of warm coats, that maybe made it few extra small, but we weren’t in the room much anyway so it didn’t bother us all that much.

The location was perfect in terms of being a great distance from everywhere in Manhattan. We could easily walk to lots of hotspots, but mostly used the subways as there were plenty of stations nearby to get us around. The breakfast was your typical continental, nothing flash but everything that you need.

The room was small, but totally fine. Also, this is NY, so it was comfortable enough.

Location was great. Front Desk people were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and included. Everything was great! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Area seemed quite safe.

Lightning in the room could be better.

The location in Midtown is perfect, a few steps away from two subway stations (23 St and 28 St), close to a CVS and a Whole Foods market. The shower is excellent. The mattress is very good. The staff is gentle and easy going. They store your luggage when you arrive hours before check-in time and after you check out. You can send online purchases to their address before you even arrive to NYC!

The rooms are clean and with most of what you need, however, you can see that it is not a super new hotel and some of the furniture shows a bit of wear of time.

A great surprise. I travel to NY at least once a year for work and I could have not been happier with this year's hotel choice. It has a great location, easy to walk uptown, downtown, and get on the metro, even to Brooklyn. The rooftop is super lovely, even though I did not have the chance to spend much time up there as it was still Feb. The breakfast included is a great perk, simple but everything you need: muffins, croissants, cereals, fruits, coffee, and juice; plus you can ask for coffee and tea at any time-( I loved getting a hot cup of tea after a long day of work). But I do feel the best part is the staff, they are always there, welcoming, attentive, and available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I will 100% look into their availability next year!

Anything I say here would be a nitpick, but one of the hotel room keys they gave me didn’t work I had to go down and get that fixed which was not a big deal really don’t have anything negative to say

the first room had no heat, they moved me to a room the door jam was all damaged.thin walls heard people in other room fighting all night then doing you know what.hotel could use a bit of clean up/room update.

Great location! , the staff was nice, the bed was comfy,breakfast was good.best part again location . would try different hotel in the same area next trip.
