We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It was very centrally located within walking distance to eateries. The hotel has a great vibe (decor), and the outdoor patio area was a nice added bonus!

Great hotel for Universal Studios. Lots of parking, complimentary tea and coffeee plus a microwave if needed. Rooms excellent and close to the NoHo Diner (historic) and a well stocked 7/11 store. Was a pleasure to stay and will be even better on a warm summers night with the outside space open.

United States of AmericaIt appeared most people here were headed out to Universal Studios or some other tourist attraction nearby… I think some sort of breakfast service would be amazing even allowing some sort of breakfast cart in the lobby, and drinks served on the second floor Terrace area, which is pictured on their website were not available. There was no entertainment or food service whatsoever.
Pretty cute, trendy hotel… Lots of space in the lobby for sitting, snacking, free, coffee in the morning via a machine although the machine is impressive, there is plenty of room and space for what perhaps used to be a breakfast service area… That would be delightful if they would reenact that… Either for pay or included in the room price…VERY VERY WALKABLE to NOHO COOL VIBE RESTAURANTS, bars and STORES
