We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWell- my socks got so dirty from the dirty carpets. Probably haven’t been shampooed- ever. The ceiling in the bathroom has so much water damage. The tub had hair in it- also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in along time. There were water marks everywhere in the tub. If it was cleaned properly, this wouldn’t have been an issue. I couldn’t even relax in the tub. There is nowhere to take the dogs to go to the bathroom. The chairs and couch had stains all over them. I wouldn’t even sit on them. My dog wouldn’t even go on the couch. That says a lot. But you get what you pay for- too much if you ask me. It needs a lot of work to the place. For the prices of the rooms

We had already made the reservation and couldn't cancel and get a refund to go somewhere else. The toilet wouldn't flush and the vanity was a slow drain. Not very clean looking

United States of AmericaThere are a lot of things I didnt like about this place and the fact of the matter is that I will never stay there again. I would rather drive the extra hour to get somewhere better than stay in Lexington if this is the standard the hotels have here. The front desk lady had a BIG issue with my service pet and wanted to know what it was for-even after seeing the papers- and she was not the brightest crayon in the box. The then proceeded to tell me that there are homeless men who smoke and drink at the back door, RIGHT NEXT TO MY ROOM, and that if i feel uncomfortable, to come in on the opposite entrance...um what? That back door by the way, says that it is always locked for our safety and it was never locked. Walking in the room, it smelled like smoke and that smell never went away. Inside, the room size was nice but the tv speakers were so quiet that I had to turn up to like 70 to hear it from the bed. The arms of the couch were discolored and sticky and oily. The room felt unsecure and I had to use the deadbolt and silver doorcatch, and I still didnt feel safe. Through my shower, I could hear shouting and slamming and I had to check several times to ensure that my rooms door was still closed. I wore my flip flops in the shower and out and about in the room too. I went to bed early so that I could wake up early and get the hell out of there.
Not much to be honest. I think the room change we got was nice and we definitely had more space... but I would almost say thats about it. The location is close to the freeway and Walmart so getting something to eat was easy.

United States of AmericaStayed here one night, just driving through. This hotel was pretty bad. The sheets at least were clean, but the rest of the room was so dirty. There were brown and yellow splatter on the walls of the bathroom 🤮 The microwave had food splatter in it, the floor was so dirty and had sticky spots. There were dirty tissues behind one of the beds and what looked like some kind of melted food running down the side of bed. So gross. The breakfast in the morning was pretty pathetic too, the bagged pastries were expired by a month and the entire breakfast area was so dirty with food splatters on the walls and counters. Would not recommend this hotel.
