Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was ok but some items were not available or not working. The pool area was not very nice and needed cleaned up.
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were ok.

About 8:30 to 9:00 am they would start knocking on doors yelling‘housekeeping!’. I am a late sleeper so I found this annoying.
Very close to food and shopping.

Person at the front desk when we got there was not friendly/welcoming and had an ugly face the entire time (no hi how can i help you) or anything, also room had cups with mold on the plastic as if it was left there from previous stays. And the carpet and floor was sticky

The phone did not work, no dial tone. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, there was still trash in the carpet. Also, there was no mention of a deposit until I arrived and it was charged to my card then, instead of before; and it’s still pending on my account and the actual charge has cleared.
The room was very comfortable, even though we didn’t spend as much time in it; just to sleep. However, the continental breakfast was GREAT! Wonderful array of choices, loved it!

Room was very humid. Sheets felt damp even though I know they weren't. Had to wipe dust (felt sandy) off of the bathroom countertop. However, the sink and shower were very clean. The button was hard to work on the wall lamp near the telephone bedside table.

There were water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom as if the roof had some leaks. Wish the pool was clean
Breakfast was good (turkey sausage, eggs, biscuits)but I was looking forward to the great bacon my nephew & son told me they had last year! 😃 The staff were extremely pleasant! ☺️

I had a chirping smoke detector right next door all night long staff handled it great. The Elevator had a weird smell.
Amazing Staff, it was a long road trip. Building needs updated but I have to say the staff was stellar.Would stay again hoping they renovate but the people made my stay amazing.

Was only able to get about 3 hours of sleep. There was a bus load of college students staying at the hotel. It was a bad idea to put them on the top floor. Kept us up till 2 am. Then there was a domestic dispute below us, a couple fighting. Went and got the night shift desk clerk and walked with her to the room. She finally got them to respond and calm down. It was probably 3 am or later by then and we had to get up at 7am for an appointment.
Room was clean and staff tried to help with issues as much as they could.

the light fixture was hanging a bit in the room, shower wasn’t clean, some towels were folded not replaced. no pen in the room, the extra safety lock didn’t work on the door

this was a very outdated property. the overall shape of the room wasn’t great. the cleanliness was good for what could be cleaned. the overall condition of the room was just bad. the walls were dirty desk was scratched up and there was a dead cockroach in the room. this is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Shower curtain had mold on it. There needs to be ventilation in the bathroom otherwise everything becomes wet and slippery. Hotel rooms need a MAJOR renovation and upgrade
Staff was super extra friendly. Highlight of breakfast was pancake maker. Location of hotel was perfect. Shower water pressure was intense
