Rooms could be a bit bigger, or at least have more space for sitting, it was a bit hard to always hop on those high beds. Would also appreciate a broom available in the room.

Hotel is close to 2 subway stations, very easy for transportation to and from Manhattan. Felt safe on the street - NYPD nearby. Super nice hotel receptionists. We loved the hot breakfast option each morning - potato pancakes, omelette, croquettes - also changed on different days. Big bathroom and air temperature controller in the room - was very handy. Loved the space under beds to where to put our luggage away.

Everything went well and above my expectation

The room was good for the price, nice bed and great shower. Very clean and organized. The staff is very kind and you can get breakfast and heat food downstairs, very convenient. The location is great, you can take de the R train at 25st and connect to other train lines. There are coffee shops and supermarkets near to the hotel in case you need any groceries or get a cup of coffee. The overall experience was great.

Austere accomodations like a dorm room. Shower stall small. Kept hitting elbows on the glass. I am 5’8”.

Cleanliness, bed comfortable. Breakfast was enough. Rain shower head was nice. Secure use of elevators for safety.

There wasn’t much around the hotel to walk to. And 4 people with bags to a double room was a tight squeeze.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great - it was a full buffet not just continental. The room was clean and the beds comfortable but it was very small.

Breakfast time, should be ready at the announced time, and all the items ready to be picked and eaten. Scrambled eggs were not appealing at all. Music from the kitchen was way too loud.

Breakfast was not great. Didn't have high expectations, so not disappointed. In my view, not many healthy or nutritious options. Ate in 3 out of 4 mornings, couldn't have eaten the breakfast every day if our stay had been longer.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and great location. Close to subway so good spot for exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful.

Our room was quite spacious considering it's New York. The breakfast served in the basement was good, don't expect much variety though. But good enough to fill yourself up for a day in the city Reaching the Hotel was easy, the 25. St station for local R trains, as well as the 36. St. station are within a few minutes of walking

The food wasn't kept at the proper temperature so the hot food was at room temp or cold most of the time. The selection was good but I couldn't enjoy it because of what I stated above.

Could use proper plates and metal cutlery for breakfast instead of paper/plastic.

Breakfast was decent with pancakes, bacon, croissants, toast and cereal. Bed was big enough and comfy, large bathroom which was really nice! Got a good view over towards Manhattan and the statue. Subway about a 3 min walk away, usually had to take 2 to get to our activity for each day.
