Housekeeping…in 7 days room was cleaned only 1x. I asked several times, was told they’d come the next day. Did not happen.

The pillows were all very tall and firm and I would expect some variety. Even as a side sleeper, I found them uncomfortable. I had a hard time with the air-con unit because even trying to keep it on “fan” for noise control blew cold air.

The rooms are stylish and comfortable. I loved the Le Labo soap. I appreciated the good, free coffee with different kinds of milks and homemade syrups. Easy middle location while visiting Pittsfield or Lenox.

The traffic noise was loud. I would advise others to request Rob’s in the back of the property.

The value was amazing and the room very clean. The club was relaxing to hang out in.

The motel room did feel a bit small and the heater was somewhat loud. Shower flow was light but bathroom was nice and towels were good. Internet at times was difficult to get.

The motel lobby/restaurant/lounge is beautiful and all the staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the drinks, charcuterie board and comfortable atmosphere in the lobby. Loved the free coffee in the morning. The motel room was nicely decorated, clean and the bed was comfortable. The motel was conveniently located to all the areas we wanted to visit.

The AC is very close to bed and is very loud. It was not easy to fall asleep with the noise. The hallway connecting guestrooms and the lounge is open outdoors, so it felt cold during Massachusetts's winter time.

The location is great! It's a perfect place to stop and rest. There's a supercharger 2 mins away. The common area is lively and beautifully designed.

Rooms were small, Apple TV was glitchy, no coffee machine or kettle in the room for hot water. Exterior looks like a cheap motel.

Dogs barking in rooms. The heater was a bit loud in the room and bathroom was too cold.

Nice lounge area and great chicken dinner. Friendly polite staff. Close proximity to Lenox town.

The bathroom needs more hooks, because there aren’t enough places to hang towels or a robe. Later in the evening, around ten, we realized we only had one bath towel. It was difficult to reach anyone as there is no phone in the room. I sent a request through the screen for towels. I did not hear back from anyone for two hours. At midnight I received a reply, and was asked if I wanted someone to come with towels now. I said, yes, please, in five minutes. I waited half an hour and no one came. Finally, we gave up and went to bed. Someone did come in the morning. It just seems to me there needs to be a clearer line of communication with the front desk and housekeeping. The only reason I didn’t walk to the front desk is because it was late and cold and raining. We also were surprised that there was never any daily housekeeping in the room. I don’t think that was made clear. We made our own bed, and it was obvious that no one came in on a daily basis to do things like wipe down the sink. That might be their protocol, but we had not been made aware of it.

Very nicely designed, a really interesting use of the space. We really were impressed by the materials used. Things like doors and hardware were solid and substantial and elegant. It really made a statement in terms of how the concept of a motel has been reimagined. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Lovely outdoor space as well as indoor common areas. Even though it is on the highway, which makes it necessary to get around by car, the location was very convenient to downtown Lenox.

The eating space was cramped. We ate outside by the fire so it was solved. The food was more like getting snacks, not so much dinner.

hangers would have been nice - we had none; tv did not work except streaming and we could not remember our password; the door bolt on the room door did not work - and since there were no secure entrances it was uncomfortable; we arrived on a day when there was no food service

Beautiful common areas and love the landscaping and convenience of the car park close to rooms. Nice linens and comfortable bed / pillows. Loved the desk and smart tv.

The rooms are on the smaller side if you are looking for extra space. I wish there was a luggage rack for you bags, a make-up mirror in the bathroom and additional lighting in the room. Clearly not a deal breaker!

The location was wonderful and centrally located to anything you might want to explore while you are in the Berkshires. The out door garden was very nice and lots of places to rest and relax. The staff was very helpful and was very responsive via email.

No breakfast. no people. there was no coffee. the check in guy at night wasn't pleasant. the whole staff experience was just weird. Literally no people anywhere in the morning, not even a cleaning person. Tables set up for breakfast but no humans. And no coffee.

The entry room was wonderful - high ceilings and just lovely - the guests hanging around seemed really cool. seems to be targeted to writers - love the decor so much!! (Once some years ago, we stayed in this hotel when it was a creepy cheap motel!!) Now it is absolutely lovely. The room was great too .What a transformation!
