The Sofabed was an absolute Nightmare, do not count it as a sleap option, metal bar will kill your back. Horrible

The furniture and decor were a bit dated and bulky.

We loved the water park and pool. It was perfect for our 4 and 7 year olds. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The place was quite close (by car) to restaurants and shopping.

I didn't think the beds were as comfortable as I'm used to with the Hilton Brand, but with that being said, we did just find out upon arrival that they had been bought by Hilton and just started rebranding. Also, we had 4 people in the apartment style room and there was no sheets or blankets to make the sofabed for our kids and we arrrived at 1:30 am due to a delayed flight, so that was a bit frustrating. Then when we showered the next day, the bath soap container was completely empty. We made a call and they brought us all the items we needed, I just think that is something that should have been checked PRIOR to guests arriving. In addition, we had to call to get clean towels daily, which I think is just something you have to do now since Covid, but when we're on vacation we would like our room cleaned, beds made and fresh towels daily.

The Pools and Water Park were great for the kids. It's so nice to have water slides and more things than just a pool for the kids when staying a week somewhere. The Activites for the week were awesome as well, really gave our family options for things to do outside of swimming. They also had an activity center that was really set up well with XBox, Games and fun things for the family.

We came in at 1:15 pm. and paid. Check-in was at 4 pm. Our room wasn't ready union 5:40pm. We didn't get our keys until nearly 6pm. Front desk staff is nice but extremely slow.

Water park is good for ages 2 to 5, then 5-11ish, on the slides. Lifeguards present 3x. Rooms were clean. Pillows were nice. Great for the price.

There were only two towels, no blankets and sheets only for the bed not the pullout couch even though I booked for a family of 4. When I called the front desk they only sent 1 blanket, some sheets and zero towels. When we visited the water park they had no towels to give us either even though everyone there was given stripped towels while they enjoyed the water area. Also when we visited the water park it was shut down for some unknown reason. The only thing my 3 year old and 13 year old could do was sit in the tiny baby pool.

I didn't get a chance to try breakfast because check out was at 10 and it was only an hour long . So that was disappointing. I could get a late checkout to enjoy the apartment a little longer.

I love the young lady who checked me in was so pleasant, sweet and had such a beautiful smile. She made the first first impression well. The apartment was big and clean. I loved the property . My family and I will be back!

The room was very dirty upon check-in. Other complaints in the room include: the couch and chairs in the living room were very uncomfortable. The kitchen floor was dirty, and the bathrooms need a basic updating.

We loved the resort pool with slides. The kids activities were great. We liked the layout of the two-story condo room with two separate bedrooms.

An adult pool would be awesome.

There were a lot of fun, free activities. Paddle boats, putt putt golf, a jungle gym, fishing, s’more making, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs and beautiful landscaping. The restaurant bar by the main pool was really nice. And so is the little beach area. There are plenty of really nice bbq grills you can use by the pools and the lake. Our room was clean and everything worked properly. No issues with noise and there was a lot of security. We really enjoyed our stay.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but renovations are being done to fix this and other cosmetic upgrades. My only other complaint was not being able to use cash on the property but I understand why.

I really enjoyed the waterpark and the other activities onsite. Our family felt very safe and secure while staying here. The location was great. Close enough to travel to the theme parks, I-Drive area and Old Town Kissimmee. Yet far enough away from all that to just relax in your own little oasis.

Room wasn't ready at check in time and we had to wait. And the woman who checked us in was not the friendliest. We also lost power while getting ready to check out and that made getting ready and packing up a little more difficult. Not necessarily their fault their was a power outage but still an inconvenience nonetheless.

Very quick response when we needed extra towels, laundry detergent, etc. We stay here every year and it's very reasonably priced for what you get. And cozy and pretty clean.

I didn’t like our room location. We were right at the foot of the stairs and by the elevators. One window looked out at the garbage cans and a/c condensers and the other had a view of the water unfortunately it was the part of the lake / pong covered in thick stinky algae inhabited by BILLIONS of mosquitoes (I think one of those could stand flat footed and romance a turkey!).

We loved the location and the staff was great!
