The room is an updated typical motel room from the sixties. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good. The air-conditioner was a little loud.

The stickers in the back alley but that's none of there doing. My dog just didn't like getting them in her paws. No biggie we found another route.

A very peaceful, tranquil place to stay for a reasonable rate. The room was spotless. The office was very accommodating. The motel was small but the room was very generously spaced. It had a kitchenette, a love seat, a small dinner table, full sized refrigerator, a gas stove, a closet with a door and very hot water. We have stayed there before and we will stay there again in the near future.

I'm not familiar with the wall mount heat/air conditioner's but I felt this one was a little louder than the others. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay! I definitely would book again.

Everything was great. We had a nice comfortable stay. The only thing extra that would have been nice is if a plate or two, a few pieces of silverware and a small coffee pot would have made our stay extra nice!

I didn't like the small entry stoop because I tripped off it several times while carrying items. Lighting could have been brighter with varied on/off areas instead of one centered in sitting area

So close to everything! Bar across the street, gas station is a 2 minute walk, and Walmart is only a 8 minute drive away!! The place is very clean and staff are very friendly! Plus who doesn’t love free coffee in the morning?! Overall it’s the best place to stay in cottonwood!! 10/10!

The only down side was the road noise. It’s on a main road in Cottonwood. That being said, it wasn’t horrible nor did it keep us from being able to sleep. I wear ear plugs so wasn’t affected much. My husband heard it a bit more but again it wasn’t bad enough for us to be upset about.

The manager, Danica, was very nice. This is a dog friendly motel and we brought our little dog with us. We saw other dogs too, but it was very quiet the whole time we were there (no dogs barking and no loud TV noise). We didn't have any issues while staying there. We booked a kitchenette. Danica said if we needed any dishes to come to the office to get what we needed, which we did. There is a good sized freezer/refrigerator that worked well. The air conditioner worked very well and stayed cold. The shower is a stall and we had no issues with water temperature or pressure. The manager's daughter promptly brought fresh towels when I requested them. The hotel is in a good location to get to local attractions.
