The location was really amazing within walking distance of Calle 8 and we really liked the privacy of the Casita and the pool area! It was so nice to get to know Flavia, Willy and Piet and everything was superprepared for us. Thanks for the amazing experience!

The worst was communication. I asked to be able to store luggage prior-to check-in and this was okayed by owner. What was a surprise to me was I was expected to leave my belongings outside in plain sight of the current occupants. Not only did the occupants have access now to my belongings, I interrupted them entering the property to then leave my belongings. I was given the option of waiting them out and then leaving my belongings in the property but was informed that the code would remain the same that previous occupants used. So if you arrive early and want to store your luggage just know it probably means to store it outdoors (I just wish I would have known this before arriving). My other complaint is the bed is terribly hard!!

The property with all the beautiful plants was wonderful! I would absolutely stay again.

The plug in the bathroom sink was stuck but not big deal. Also must have misunderstood how to check out because we received phone call at 130 pm asking for us to vacate the property even though we had been gone since 9 am.

Great location! Comfy place. Cozy! Loved how close it was to Little Havana. Husband and I enjoyed a nice dinner at Old Havana. One of the best meals on the trip. Close to cruise port and airport. East to get to by taxi.

Love the poll, and the privet space in the garden. Was magical, event I did not have all day sun because of the rain in Miami, I still did enjoy it. Very kind host and loved the Little Havana , near by the shop, nice area. Recommend

There was a coffee maker, but no coffee (luckily I had some). The closet doors wouldn't quite close.

The location was perfect. In a quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes to the airport, and less than a five minute walk to the main area of Little Havana. Our host was coincidentally at home when we arrived; she was lovely, with great suggestions of where to and not to go for dinner (Old's Havana - great happy hour and food!) Very nice bathroom. The bed was comfy, and we easily parked the car on the street. Honestly, the app gives this as a score of 8, but I'd definitely say it was 8.5.

Perfect place to start our holiday in Miami. 3 min walk to el pub on 8th St. The heart of Little Havana. Very clean, perfect pad to stay in.

I didn’t like having to walk around their house to gain access to the guesthouse. Late in the evening I was conscious I might wake them or set their dogs off.

The location to Little Havana is unbeatable. The pool outside the door was so cute.
