There are hardly any food/restaurant locations in the immediate vicinity, but not far away. The hardest part is finding a place to cross the interstate to get to the other side, to head back to the hotel, then crossing again, etc. -- especially if you are not familiar with the area. I understand that is not the hotel's fault, but it was still a little frustrating.

I needed a place for a one-night stay while traveling from Texas to Missouri. The Best Western Sherwood fit the bill. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good. It is located on the frontage road (one direction on one side of the interstate; the other direction on the other side of the interstate) just off the interstate, so is a little tricky to get to, but worth the trouble. Good value for the money. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in room 104 the room was clean and comfortable. This room shares a wall with the electrical and mechanical room. the wall they share is where the head of the bed sits. It was noisy I was able to sleep because the noise was similar to the sounds I sleep to on my phone. Although it was louder than I like. I would stay there again but request not to stay in 104.

The staff was helpful and friendly , the room was clean breakfast was sufficient, hotel was clean and was right off the highway.

Owner rude. A portion of the parking lot was not well lit and and right next to roadway. Felt vulnerable.

Went to breakfast at 7:25, there was very little eggs & they were dried to the pan. Pancake mix was out. Biscuits were hard & dry. Gravy was like water.The girl came in at 7:45 with her backpack on so I guess she was late. Another employee came in & spoke to her in Spanish which seemed like she was being reprimanded.

There was a slight smell to the place and in the room. The beds seemed slightly damp and the bathtub was peeling. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and the mirror fogged up quickly. There were pumps in the shower for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but they were empty, so there were none of those readily available in the room I stayed in. Luckily I brought my own.

Easy location, lots of restaurants nearby. Wonderful price for a hotel room. Staff was courteous and check-in was quick. Lots of amenities such as pool and fitness center, and a breakfast area with a variety of food. Room was very spacious and relatively comfortable.

The pool was being worked on, and we were not able to use it. The pillows and beds were not the most comfortable, but not terrible either.

the desk clerk refused to take our booking .com confirmation and charged almost double to my husband’s credit card. We talked to the morning clerk and she told us that charge should drop off . If it doesn’t , this is our last stay with BW.
