Hard to think of anything I’d change other than the exterior furniture on the balconies which I found to be a bit “tired”.

This property maintains an exceptional landscaping design which includes beautiful lighting at night. Great vibes you don’t get everywhere. Pool area was also designed with great atmospheric layouts. Private boardwalk to the beach was legit. Everything very well built. Outside showers everywhere. Good spot. I’ll be returning.

This was mine and my fiancée first time in Corpus and omg Loved our stay at Lively Beach. Room were clean. Staff very friendly. Even tho its secluded there was many things to do. Would definitely come back!

I did notice the sheets and towels were a lot more stiff than what they use to be, but I’ll just bring my own towels and blankets next time. And I miss the old golf carts.

This is my third time staying here. I love this spot ! It’s clean, new feeling, and the staff is so sweet. Close to fishing spots and restaurants!

Nothing there was a negative. This place rocks.

EVERYTHING! Sydney, the front desk gal- LOVE her. She was so sweet and helped us make friends with the local cats haha. The location was quiet and private. The pool was beautiful and clean. The rooms were clean and everything is new and updated. On the beach, a rental company is there daily with beach equipment of all sorts- chairs, games, tents for shade- to rent for the day. They set up and break down everything. We will definitely be back!

The accommodations were clean and modern. The location was beautiful and right on the beach. The beach was clean and you could see the sunrise from the room.

Customer service improvements: If lively needs more info from a client, please reach out a head of time to ensure a luxury experience instead of waiting until the client is at the gate or at the facility with no communication from the lively team.

Our first room didn’t have any hot water but the staff immediately moved us to another room with a better view.

The room itself was amazing!! Secluded pool and beach access was everything. It was overall very romantic.

The one room condo was slightly too warm. We had the thermostat on the lowest setting and had a personal fan which helped some, but it could have been cooler. This was not a deal breaker though.

The short distance from beach was nice with ability to drive to beach with our vehicle. This location is close to all the restaurants. Overall, great place to stay. Our condo had a small kitchenette which allowed us to bring some food for our stay.
