The check in was a bit annoying, as I was assured I'd receive a text before 4pm on the day but at 4.30pm I had to ring up as no text had appeared. After going to voicemail the first time, I was rang back by an amazing staff member who quickly sorted out check in for us. Apparently there can be issues with texts not being received for non-US numbers.

Apartment was clean and bright and had everything we needed. Fantastic location and amazing that you get access to the rooftop pool.

There was a lot of construction, which made it hard to find initially. But once we were into the garage,it was easy to navigate.

The apartment was clean and I loved the decor. It was very easy to get in and out. The sink in the main bathroom does need to be looked at. It’s not draining properly. But all in all. I definitely will recommend the Local to friends and family.

Lots of construction Vat 6am - violating codes. Wish I knew before booking. It did affect our sleep.

The apartment was very hairy. Not sure if the last person to stay had pets but it was a lot of hair especially behind sofa where sofa bed is.

Parking should be included with the rental price. There was PLENTY of spaces the higher you went, so having to pay for parking to insure a spot is a waste of money. $30 a day seems excessive. Hot tub also had a lot of chemicals in it and turned my black bathing suit a purplish color after being in it for about 45 mins.

The location was perfect for walking around and down to Broadway and other nearby locations. We thought that the unit was well laid out and had all the amenities needed for a short term stay. Easy to access with the key fob and the door codes. Perfect for two couples (we had the 2 bedroom unit) with the rooms being apart from each other in the layout.

The parking deck was a bit confusing at first, but quickly figured it out and never looked back. We would have loved to have been able to park a little longer than our checkout time, but we did pay to stay on the bottom of the parking deck for that timeframe. Parking fee was expensive, but I felt that my car & belongings were very safe. The beds were a bit too firm for all 4 in my family, but if you like firm mattress you’ll be fine!

We loved the room since we have one adult child and a teenager. We really need a second bathroom and this didn’t disappoint. The price was comparable to 2 hotel rooms nearby. We had the convenience of home, but we stayed but a few days. I loved that there was dishwasher & washing machine detergent. Also, we walked everywhere in Nashville in less than 15 minutes. I never felt unsafe. Also the Mexican restaurant visible from our room was absolutely delicious- convenient & late hours- definitely worth a try!

Ceiling lights in living room not installed, the switches were painted over and nonfunctional. This meant the living room got a bit gloomy after sundown. Flimsy dresser and somewhat uncomfortable couch.

The loud noises from the streets. I had a room facing the street.

It was clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities and very close to restaurants and stores. Also felt very safe and at home.

My parking pass didn’t work. Minor inconvenience. Called the number and received another one the next morning and they reimbursed my parking pass fee.

The staff was amazing and was able to resolve my issue quickly. The condo was spotless and had everything available. Detailed step by step instructions too! Great location. Will stay here again.

Water bottles would have been nice in the fridge, just for the start of our trip.

The location was great - The Gulch is such a fun area, and easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Uber pickup was also convenient, although it was less than a mile walk to Broadway. The property felt very safe and clean.
