The washing machine did not wash well. We had to rewash our clothes when we got home. There was a pair of used sandals left under the bed when we checked in.

We really enjoyed the location in the Gulch. If you want to explore the Gulch, this place is very convenient for you. We walked daily to Broadway which was about. 15 minute walk. It wasn’t bad. We loved having an apartment vs a hotel so we had access to a full kitchen. We used the amenities of the pool table and ping pong table. It was relaxing when we brought a drink and small Bluetooth speaker so we could enjoy our time, not spending money. Locale is just around the corner from the wings mural. It is also located across from several great eateries and Lululemon.

The shower floor was gross and not updated, paint peeling. The bathroom walls and moldings were not deep cleaned. Little things still matter. The refrigerator water/ice machine didn't work properly. Theses things should be addressed for sure.

Loved the location to everything! The apartment was overall great space. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was updated for the most part. Overall clean. The people were responsive to text messages when i needed assistance with heat, supplies and questions.

Our apartment had a balcony but the sliding glass door was sealed shut. The thermostat couldn't be adjusted and there were also no windows that opened so we couldn't get any fresh air or adjust the temperature at all.

The location was great. Super convenient to all the places we wanted to go!

I got woken up on a weekend night - the night before I was running my first half marathon - that was inconvenient. Parking was super confusing. I was so jet lagged when I arrived so my brain was mush & I got double charged with the building parking but it was convenient to have on site so very grateful. I just had issues with a European sim, no internet. I would prefer check in online to be done well in advance - before I depart because not having WiFi & no access was a little stressful. Your contact was incredible though so thank you. & the drop box was golden!!!!

It was nice & convenient. Not as comfy as the previous one I had round the corner on division. I loved the chill out lounge downstairs.

There was no kettle but it offered tea bags. Very little shampoo and amenities, small bottles & not enough for 3 nights for 2 people.

Loved the loft apartment it was a really good size. Very modern and nice interior. Loved the building facilities, we used the gym and gather area. 1km walk to downtown which was great! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Finding the room, entrance to the building a little hidden at first. Communication over checking was a little complicated instead of 1 message with clear instructions I received multiple with peices of vital information in each.

There are a lot of turns to get to the room we had and it took a while to figure out. Our key didn’t work to get into the gym.

Location was great and near restaurants and a grocery store. Also walkable (if you don’t mind walking a mile) to Broadway.

Instructions for parking was not good. We ended up having to pay 100.00 because we didn't park in correct area. Instructions said 3rd level but not 3rd level after going thru gate . Should be more specific, not happy with that!

Location was great, close to airport bus, short walk to downtown, lots of cafes/shops etc in local area. Was comfortable, could do with a good clean though, especially given price. I could access the virtual key via an app you have to download, but Mandy from their support office was super friendly and helpful and got me access to a physical key.

Cleaning wasn't great lots of inside cupboards and drawers etc very dirty. Coffee machine had never been cleaned so lots of mould inside. High level surface cleaning was good

It was not clean. Dropped something under bed and it was full of dust, dirt and items that others had left behind. Refrigerator tray (ice/water tray)was crusty and dirty. Doors that slide in the bedroom had dirty fingerprints from people opening and closing them.

The corridors look quite tired and need some maintenance. The train tracks were right outside the room which did cause some disturbed sleep. The car parking fob was quite annoying.

Good stay here overall. The building is nice and we found the access quite easy. There are shops and restaurants very conveniently located and you can walk to downtown but it’s a good 20mins. All the facilities in the apartment were fine, the showers had good pressure.

Sofa was not comfortable to sit on and did not pull out into bed as expected. Direction too various amenities printed out and posted would be helpful (esp to those of us over 30!). Parking was frustrating with hanging placard working only when perfectly lined up - need to implement another method of entry.

I still don't know how to get access to the building the first time. The mobile key appears working just to open the room door, then inside the room you find a magnetic key to get access to the building.

Minimal essentials, 6 coffee pods for 2 mornings/ 4 people. No ice or ice trays to make ice. Toilet ran non stop.
