Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was one of the best hotels I've been in and I take at least two vacations each year. It was in excellent condition and super clean. The room was spacious and bed was super comfortable.

Check in was fast and easy. The facility was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was phenomenal and staff did a great job keeping everything stocked and clean.

Easy parking .Beautiful hotel.
Christian music playing non stop. very calming. extremely clean ,staff friendly.Breakfast was great. Beautiful hotel reminds us of when we stayed in a lodge Wyoming. We will be staying at this hotel from now on when we are in Branson .

I enjoyed hearing nice music playing around. I loved having ice makers and machines very accessible in many locations. Loved the breakfast room. Plenty of space to accommodate people. The staff was also very nice and friendly! My new favorite!

They did not have a good selection of television HBO would’ve been nice TCM they did not have coffee or tea in the lobby also, which would’ve been nice. It would’ve also been nice if they had the liquid soaps and shampoos in the dispensers in the shower.
Good location good staff. Good rooms. Excellent, excellent breakfast.

My wife's 54th Birthday she lovedpig it! We saw the Queen Esther Performa ce and it was beyond expectations.The Lodge was very conveniently located to the Theatre and Also the Branson Belle Showboat!! We Will stay there again next time we come!! You guys really made a Great impression for My wife's very first trip to Branson!! Thank You for helping us create a wonderful Memory !! Also the breakfast buffet was really good !! Rivals others I have paid pretty good money for!! Keep up the great work!!

They need service elevators…took five rounds before we could take our luggage down on Sunday. Otherwise…everything else was great!
Very friendly staff…clean hotel and rooms. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of choices and seating. Beds are comfortable and the jetted tub was wonderful! Centrally located for easy access to shopping, restaurants and other sites. The pool is very nice…our grandkids loved it.

No refrigerator or microwave oven in our room, no pen or paper; The ice machine on the 4th floor near our room was not working-we had to go down to the 3rd floor to get ice..
Beautiful decor and the room was quite large; appreciated the Bible in the room; the morning breakfast was very good....more selection than Hampton Inn where we have usually stayed; very quiet room (we were at the end of the top floor); good location on the Strip

The bed was good and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional. The pool area looked very well maintained and clean, although we didn't use it. The location is very good, can walk to several attractions and eating places.

Very courteous helpful staff. Beautiful clean facility. Woodwork and accent furniture in this hotel is fabulous! Great breakfast spread! Comfy beds. Love that they play Christian music in their lobby and have Bible verses on their marquee outside!!!!

The pool was a little small and the hot tub was outside so it wasn’t open yet for use due to the time of year we visited
